Acer laptops tend to be cheap because their build quality is inferior to other brands such as HP or Sony. Buying a HP/Sony alternative to an Acer will cost you 5 or 10% more, but they last longer and have better support.
no notebook laptops can not play games
yes, you can play games - though nothing too spectacular.... system shock 2 and Deus Ex play fine on mine. You'll need to have the game as a .bin file or something similar, then mount with 'virtual clone drive'. (don't use magic if it's win7).
Enjoy ;)

How much do computers cost on average?
There really is no average when it comes to computer costs. Computer prices range very widely. You could pay $150, or you could pay $10,000 for a computer.
For a sort of mid to high end (closer to mid, though) gaming computer would probably be anywhere from $700 to $1000. For a high end, I would say probably $1500+
For just surfing the web, checking email, and playing a few games on lower graphics setting, you could throw together a computer for $300-$500, probably even less.
But like I said before, it really depends on what kind of computer.

The AMD Turion 64 MK38 processor out performs the Intel Celeron M 440 processor due to its multiple cores and higher clock speed. However, the Celeron M 440 uses up less power and produces less heat.
like any other brand HP, ASUS, MSI, SAMSUNG and many others at first suck! i mean when they launched their first laptop, they got a lot of trouble on the way their expiremental stage! but later on they are more improve and compete to the market and became a "known Industry of Laptops!" Neo is just a baby after all... I have one unit of this brand, the old one... yeah its true, got easily heat is the major complain like me, have to buy fun to cool... HP at first always having troubled with their LCD.. I compare and used in 3 different model and got the same problem of LCD.. gush!!!! samsung and others not to mention!!! NEO nowadays for a test purpose unexpectedly reach my expectation! it is good and becoming more improve that i expected... but still a lot of improvement to do. BRAND RATE 7.5/10... not too bad.
Why are laptops good for the environment?
They use less electricity than the common computers, and when you don't want a laptop people would actually want it but nobody wants a giant computer so you would have to throw it away and that would fill up Earth's trash disposal and all the chemicals and technology in it could help kill an ecosystem!

How do you estimate fractions?
Refresh your understanding of fraction sizes. Keep in mind that the larger the numerator, or top part, of a fraction, the larger it will be (2/4 is bigger than 1/4, for example). On the other hand, the larger the denominator, or bottom part, of a fraction, the smaller it will be (1/4 is smaller than 1/3).
Study the problem at hand and evaluate which fraction is easier to work with. When estimating with fractions you will have to combine two fractions in some way (usually addition, subtraction, multiplication or division). Fractions with smaller numerators, like 1/2, are usually easier to work with than fractions with larger numerators, like 1/8.
Start with the fraction that is easiest to work with, putting in terms of the harder fraction's denominator. To do this, multiply the top and the bottom by the same number until the bottom number matches the other fraction's denominator. For example, if you have 1/2 + 1/8, as in the previous step, you could change 1/2 to 4/8.
Change hard-to-visualize fractions, such as 1/27, into the closest number that's easier to work with, like 1/26. For estimating purposes, it's okay to overlook the difference. In this case, 26 is a better denominator because it's easier to convert when you're working with more than one fraction. For example, 1/2 is the same as 13/26.
Perform the required operation on the numbers. If adding the previous terms, for example, you would have 1/26+13/26. Adding them together, you arrive at 14/26.
Estimate the size of the fraction in relationship to 1 (one whole). You know that 1, in terms of 26, would be 26/26; therefore, you know that 14/26 is less than 1.
Estimate the size of the fraction in relationship to 1/2. In this case, 13/26 is 1/2, so 14/26 is slightly bigger than 1/2.
Reduce the fraction, dividing both the numerator and the denominator by the same number, in order to check your work. Here, 14 and 26 both have factors of 2; when divided by 2, you arrive at 7/13, which makes it easy to see that it's slightly more than 1/2.
Computers has many points which are bad and good, depends on how you look at them.
