Where are the most frequently used files held?
I think you are referring to what is called cache memory. (rhymes with 'cash') Cache is a portion of computer memory reserved for frequently used information, so that the information can be accessed more rapidly than retrieving it from the hard drive, or from the 'regular memory'
What is overclocking what harm can it do?
A computer component, memory, graphics controller, principal CPU chip, or whatever, is tested exhaustively at its rated speed before it is sold. In many cases, by changing settings on a motherboard or graphics card, it is possible to run the hardware faster that its rated maximum speed, e.g. a component rated for 2.8GHz may run at 3.2GHz. This, of course, makes the computer run faster to some small, but measurable, degree.
There are three principal problems with this. First, the device has not been tested to run at the higher speed, and may run incorrectly. If your business depends on getting the correct numbers, an overclocked machine may calculate wrong, give you incorrect information, and ruin your business.
Second, the device may burn up. In modern computer hardware, it is switching states which takes power. Faster speed means more switching states per second, which means more power used, which means more heat generated. There is a reason all the "extreme overclock" tests involve cooling the overclocked components with exotic coolers like liquid nitrogen.
Third, related devices can burn up. More power means more power draw to the motherboard, and motherboard voltage regulators have been known to explode under the power demands of overclocked chips.
Of course, damage caused directly or indirectly by running a component outside of specifications is not covered by warranty.
In other words this person that obviously copied and pasted is trying to say
-Overclocking is manually making your computer run at a faster speed (Ghz)
-It can harm your computer as anything you might try to make do more than it is made to do. So only do this if you know exactly what you are doing. Maybe find a someone that is knowledgeable in this or find a computer with a faster processor.

How has CAD affected the design industry?
It allows designers to create designs in a few hours that would have taken days to draw by hand. Some CAD programs can test 3D models to see if they run properly so that a real working model becomes unnecessary.
How would you connect a laptop computer to a television?
This would depend on the laptop and possibly the television. Some laptops have an S-Video jack that can be used to connect to a TV or VCR; you would just need to select the input device on the TV. Other laptops have a miniRCA jack, or can pass TV Out directly through the VGA jack with a special adapter. Some newer televisions may even have a VGA jack themselves to be used as a monitor. If your laptop is not capable of these things, your only real option is a scan converter. A scan converter converts the VGA signal output from the laptop into an NTSC or PAL-compatible signal.

Gigabyte is a pretty good motherboard.
How does hardware component compliment with software?
Thes two are interdependent in that one cant work without the other.
How do you resolve IRQ conflicts?
If you are getting an IRQ conflict after installing a new HW/SW you can see whats wrong by seeing IRQ settings of all the installed devices in the machine. To view your current IRQ (Interrupt Request) assignments in a Windows XP machine you can open Device Manager. Click on Start, click on Control Panel. -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button -> In Device Manager, select View from the toolbar and then click Resources by Type. Clicking on the Interrupt Request (IRQ) you can find IRQ settings for various devices in the computer. If you see a conflict. You can right click on that device and go to Properties. Under Resources tab you can see the IRQ settings among other properties. Here for a conflicting device you can deselect the Use Automatic Settings option. After this you can select a non-conflicting configuration from the pull down box and save by pressing OK. For some system devices the operating system may not allow you to change the settings.
What can you use instead of buying another graphics tablet pen if you have lost it?
In short, no.
The graphics tablet pen is detected by the tablet itself because of something in the stylus - the most common method currently being Wacom's "penabled" technology. For this, a coil located in the pen interacts with the magnetic field produced by the tablet, producing a current to power the pen. This lets the pen - which has quite a bit of circuitry in it, actually - to communicate with the tablet. The tablet, in turn, has a grid of wires running across it which lets it detect the location of the pen according to the pen's own magnetic field.
So, really, there's an awful lot of technology in your pen, all of which is necessary to let it do what it does. There's a good reason for them being so expensive!
Can you access files when the computer can't turn on?
No you can't. Obviously how can you browse your computer if it doesn't turn on.
the disk that holds the most memory so far is a Blu-Ray, but i think most computers can't read blu-ray so i think it is DVD-RW
What is an RC filter for a ripple?
Place a capacitor across the output or load and you have your filter. This assumes that your load is a resistor. The capacitor you use depends on the frequency of the ripple. Lower frequencies require larger capacitors. A resistor may be required to make sure you do not damage any of the electronics either in series with the capacitor or immediately after the power source.
What will happen to your CPU if a magnet touches it?
Your screen will get totally messed up, sometimes goes purple and its REALLLLYYY hard to get it back, It takes FOREVER! Trust me! I know from experience!
Connect the cards to the motherboard and use the jumper which came with the motherboard to connect the 2 cards together ,and there you go!
What is meant by initial temperature rise of IC?
A: As power is turn on the temperature of the IC is at ambient temperature or the initial temperature then becomes the increase in temperature due to heating.
My graphics tablet keeps freezing momentarily while on internet. Why?
This is Windows 7 and Vista's Tablet PC Settings, and Pen and Touch. They can be found in the control panel. All you have to do is go into Tablet PC Settings, select "Press and Hold", and click on settings. A new window will open. Just uncheck "Enable press and hold for right-clicking".
That seemed to do the trick for me.
I also disabled all the settings I could in both Tablet PC Settings, and Pen and Touch before I found that out, so if that alone doesn't do it, try shutting everything else down too. After that, my wacom tablet worked as I expected it to in all the apps that I've tried it in.
When installing an AT power supply which colors are adjacent on the connector?
This should not be an issue. The ATX PSU, even as far back as the original AT, is a polarized connector. The color codes are black, white, red, orange, blue, yellow and green. These colors, for each voltage, are usually grouped together with black being scattered amongst them.
