If you are an indemnitor and want to withdraw from a bail bond I would read your indemnitor agreement contract very carefully so you understand your agreement.

In almost all cases you will be required to, in writing, request to be removed as indemnitor of a bail bond and send this certified to your bail bond agent. Be forewarned though, in many agreements you will be required to compensate the bail agent and his team for their time in apprehending the defendant.

In a lot of cases you must put down an expected deposit before they even begin and they will itemize all expenses to be paid by you once the defendant is returned to the custody of the courts.

Many agreements which I have seen charge $150 per person plus expenses (mileage, hotel, food). A 3 man team (minimum) will rack up at $450 an hour. Your cooperation in locating the defendant for the bail agent will go a long way but still expect to be asked for a deposit and the remainder of the money before they return the defendant to the courts.

Question: How old is the form and/or how long has the inmate been incarcerated? POSSIBILITY: Clerical error? If needed, the inmate's sentence will be contained in the court record of his trial. See the Office of the Clerk Of The Court where they were tried for the complete record.

The Federal Correctional Institution - Victorville is actually located in Adelanto, California. It is a medium security prison housing male inmates but with a satellite prison camp that houses minimum security female prisoners. It is part of the Victorville Federal Correctional Complex (FCC).

That depends entirely on your individual PO. Your PO is supposed to report any positive test results for anything they are supposed to be looking for (positive results for anything else are supposed to be disregarded) to whatever magistrate is in charge of probation in your area (usually the judge of your local court). If your PO decides to not report it, consider yourself lucky. If your PO reports it, then the magistrate CAN choose not to hear the case, but this is even less likely. So to answer your question, yes, you can yield a positive test and get away with it, but don't bother rolling the dice because your odds of escape are usually extraordinarily low.

That really depends on the prison system - they are all different. However - most will be cost efficient and will screen for drugs with either a 5 or 10 panel urine screen. Most use the 5 panel that will test for THC, Benzo's, Cocaine, Opiates and Amphetamines. As an x inmate, and a parolee, I am aware that a 5 panel drug screen test for THC, opiates, cocaine, pcp and amphetamines. Although if they suspect use of a drug that is not included in a 5 panel test they can do a 7, 9, or higher panel test.

The criminal charge of a 900.00 zt means that there is a fugitive arrest warrant. This is a failure to appear charge for other charges that a person may have, or an original charge that a person did not go to court for.

I am an employee of Camp Pharsalia CF and I can assure you that there is no train that goes to Camp Pharsalia. The closest train station would be in Utica, NY approximately 1 1/2 hours away. The best means of public transportation would be taking a bus to Norwich, NY and then a cab out to Camp Pharsalia, approximately 15 miles outside of Norwich.

Jail and prison websites are often not frequently updated or reliable. If you want to know whether someone is in custody, you would do much better to call or show up at the center.
