What is pre trial mean in criminal case?
Pretrial is the period after arraignment but before a trial.
During a pre-trial hearing any motions (evidence suppression, subpoenas, and even dismissal) that your attorney or the prosecution may have will be heard or scheduled for a motion hearing. In pre-trial the prosecution also has the authority to work out a plea agreement between the person and the prosecuting jurisdiction (local, county, state, etc). The defendant also has the right to change their plea (as is the norm with plea deals).
Also, pretrials are a time for the judge to get information as to case law, evidence, witnesses. During this phase of justice, witnesses come forth and testify before the Judge.
If the pre-trial yields no successful agreements between the defense and prosecution, a criminal trial or bench trial will take place.

A teenage can be charged with stealing at any age! Can he be charged as an adult? Perhaps, especially if he is a repeat offender. Juveniles very rarely get charged as an adult for stealing. Do not expect to get rich, but these jobs can have its perks such as generous vacation time, sick leave, paid holidays, and medical/dental insurance. This is what you would gain. What would you lose? Will bond money be reimbursed if illegally charged?
Are you talking about a bond premium (usually about 10% of the bond amount), or the entire bond? If the former is true you won't see any of that money again. But if you were illegally arrested or charged you can sue the police department for the money back, inter alia. If the latter is true you get all of your bond back. Added: If you, or your family, or friends put up your own bond AND you were released because of the allegedly illegal charge, you will get ALL of your personal money returned. As stated above - if the money was put up by a bailbondsman - you will still owe the fee that the bail company 'put at risk' for you.

Why did the crime on mars happen?
If you refer to the crime on Mars as the destruction of the face on Mars then perhaps the crime on Mars happened because of the rulership exchange from Alalu-Kumarbi to Anu or the Anunnaki. This may have been a result of the mutiny of the giants who worked (Asura) dark negro Olmec heads) for the refinement of the gold (Amrita) shifted from the sea bed proir to the fllood, and what cause the fllood according to the Mahabarata War Eclipse of the sun in 751 BC. IN 945 Bc the Hindu's Record a version of the tale of the beginning of the war between the Gods (light) and the Giants (dark). This head stone was the crime, his nose and crown (third eye) dislodged from his face, sometimes his left eye. this was the crime on Mars, the destruction of the face of ALAHU. aka the Face on Mars. And on earth, his name became Israel, through the translation that occured to Jacob in Succoth, at Dier Alla, where he wrestled with an ANGEL and climbed a LADDER (see Wayne Herschel,@ Hidden Records.com). The crime of when the Gods (elohim/watchers/Greys/monitors/ETI) left the planet was when they destroyed with laser-crystal warfare, the monuments of mars, and Giza Plateau perhaps, in the effort to ditch their experiment called the human race. What are the massacres committed by the Jews against Palestinians?
Ilan Pappe from the University of Haifa, Israel, says (A History of Modern Palestine: One Land, Two Peoples) that after March 1948 both sides commence military campaigns, but the Jews were better organised and more effective. Jewish forces committed the Dir Yassin massacre in Haifa. Massacres were then carried out by Jews in Balad al-Shaykh and elsewhere.
Each brigade of the Jewish Hagana paramilitary was given a list of villages to occupy and destroy, with the objective being to cleanse the future Jewish state of as many Palestinians as possible. In addition, some of the brigades are to take over the mixed Arab-Jewish towns and expel the Palestinian populations. This was the fate of Jaffa, Haifa, Safad and Tiberius.
In the village of Tantura, population 1500, the women and children were expelled to nearby Fureidis and 200 men between 13 and 30 were massacred.
Sami Hadawi (Bitter Harvest: A modern history of Palestine ) says that in April 9, 1948 the Jews massacred over 250 men, women and children in the village of Deir Yasin. Menachem Begin, the leader of the attack on Deir Yasin, later wrote "The massacre was not only justified, but there would not have been a state of Israel without the victory at Deir Yasin" (Jewish Newsletter of October 1960). These were not war casualties, as the Israeli Hebrew newspaper Yediot Aharonot, published on April 4, 1972, a report written in 1948 by a young Palmach fighter involved in the massacre. It was clear that this was a massacre, not just fighting, and much of it in cold blood.
Two hundred persons, mostly elderly, were killed in the mosque of the village Ed-Dawayimeh near Hebron.
Fifty captives were machine-gunned in 1948 in the Lebanese village of Hula.
Finally, a contemporary Israel Defence Force booklet included a call by Lt-Col Rabbi Abraham Avidan, Chief Rabbi of the Central Command, for the killing of civilians.
