Personally, I don't find that a full-suspension bike is any easier on my knees than a hard-tail. The only real benefit of a full-suspension bike is that any rocks, drops or bumps you go over will be softened and therefore put less up into the seat and your upper-body.
The only thing i can recommend is to just keep in a lower gear and don't push yourself so hard. I know it defeats the purpose of mountain biking but it is all i can think of.

What bikeshocks should you get rockshox or fox shocks?
Both Fox and Rockshox has a range of models, and which is "best" will be more dependent on which model you get rather than which brand you get.
Oil-air shocks needs servicing fairly often if you ride hard, so if that's what you're getting, get the brand of shock that you can get serviced easily.

How many calories have you burned if your bike says 67 kcals?
To be precise, that's 67 kilo-Calories, with kilo being the prefix for thousand - so 67 000 calories.
But since one calorie is such a tiny, tiny amount, and kilo-calories quite a mouthful to pronounce(and kCal is even worse), it's generally agreed in nutrition to drop the kilo and only say calories when talking about kCal used or eaten.

Can a 19mm bb be changed to a 22mm bb?
Unfortunately not, or at least not in any reasonable manner... It's one thing to get a spacer made for the tube welded to the frame which would allow you to use a smaller-than-stock bottom bracket but to go larger you'd literally have to cut the bottom bracket housing off of your current frame, grind the connecting pipes to a larger radius and then weld a larger bottom bracket housing in place of the original small diameter housing.
Keep in mind that if you decide to try this, the frame MUST be made of steel. Carbon fiber or Aluminum will be a disaster. However, as I mentioned earlier this will NOT be a fun ordeal and unless you have extensive welding (and cutting) experience it won't go well.

Riding 60 mile per week on a stationary bike how many calories or pounds could be burned?
Depends on a lot of things, your age, your gender, your fitness level, how hard you ride to start with.
I'd use about 3600 cals in 60 miles, but I'm an experienced rider and I ride fairly hard. 2400 cals in 6 miles or even less is probably more normal.
For me, 3600 cals would equal 1 lbs weight loss - assuming my eating is spot on to start with.
If I'm overeating, then all those miles might just let me keep my weight steady, or maybe lose me an ounce or so.
