How do people fall down stairs?

It is very easy to fall/trip down stairs. The most common ways would be clumsiness, tripping, slipping, missing hand rails, or there might be an interference on the stairs like a cat or dog getting in the way. People carrying things in front of them so they can not see obstacles are more prone to trips and falls. Oftentimes, alcohol or drugs/medications are a factor; and many people who are frail, elderly, or disabled in some way are especially challenged when faced with stairways. They are more likely to lose their balance, and be unable to right themselves if they do. They can also fall with no physical ability to "break" their own fall, or steady themselves to prevent more serious injury.

Is Berkeley Breathed in a wheelchair?

I'm a bit confused about this and have been looking online to try to clarify it. I transferred to the University of Texas in 1979 and spent the first few months in a dorm where Berke was also staying. I didn't know him but knew of him. I thought he was in a wheelchair at the time, like one of his characters in Academia Waltz, and as I recall it he was always attended by a bevy of beautiful girls. But having looked up his biography this seems to be entirely wrong. Maybe it was a case of mistaken identity or hallucination on my part! Maybe someone else can help answer the point.

Why is it important to transfer from wheelchair to dining chair for meals?

an individual wants to remain in their wheelchiar instead of transferring to dining chair for meals

Improvement; There is no importance of sitting in a dining chair. If a Person who uses a wheelchair wishes to sit in their own wheelchair at a Dining table then there should be no problem. The person may feel a lot more comfortable in their own chair and not want the fuss of having to get out of the chair just to suit other people.

There is nothing wrong with sitting in a wheelchair while eating! I do and have done it all my life.

Butchart Gardens Assessibility -

Why do degenerated people have a tendency of being ugly?

I'm not sure what you mean by "degenerated," but I am guessing that you mean people who are poor or down on their luck, but you could also mean morally corrupt or sickly. I think one of the reasons that we see people that are different than we are as ugly is that they are different, and we don't really want to psychologically associate ourselves... so we start seeing them as the "other," and as unattractive. On the other hand, people that we get to know and truly love we see as attractive, even when other people rate them as unattractive. Personally, it seems like it is all about love and acceptance. Maybe it is for the way we think of ourselves as well. If we feel like we are good people, we might stand taller, take better care of ourselves, etc.

Where can I find a salon cape for wheelchair confined nursing home client unable to recline?

http://www.comfort-cape.com/purchase.html. expensive for sure but worth it. the less expensive option is for a funnel cape or a dry back cape. Both work fairly well, but they must reckline with the dry back. Also check the heads up shampoo bowl lifter for those with neck problems. again, a bit expensive but last forever and you cant put a price on good service.
