Crazy as it sounds I cannot recall a theme song in this pioneer Disney Opus. there was background music. The song ( King of the Forest)- which Bambi eventually acceeded to, has nothing to do with Bambi but came from the Wizard of Oz- associated with the Bert Lahr character.
