Sounds like it is your window motor drive box. I have had to repair three in my 95 Maxima. There is no longer a good bond between your rubber isloation wheel and the output drive. This is the part behind the round aluminum cover adjacent to your electric window drive motor.

if the belt is at proper tension, then your clucth bearing may be going.

my 2003 g/c sport 3.3 makes a whinning noise similar to your "high pitch humming" and both may be the alternator whirring. It seems worse when cold, but there are no other associated problems, although the sound comes and goes. could be low power steering fluid or air in steering system, check fluid level if full turn steering wheel all the way to stop in both directions(do not hold at stop)this should push air back to reservoir

...sounds like you've got a dirty fuel filter. Fuel is delivered fine at idle, but when higher demand is made ( you press down gas pedal, the blockage prevents delivery of fuel.

The filter/drier is under the hood, passenger side, along the inside of the strut tower. The cabin filter (if equipped) is under the dash passenger side. Only the three zone auto temp systems have a cabin filter.

Just did it. The resistor is behind the passenger strut in the fire wall. Remove the wire from the old resistor, pull out the old resistor (held in by clips in the device. Install the new unit and re-attache wire. The space is tight and should not take you more than 30 minutes.

IF YOU LOOK UNDER THE DASH ON THE FIREWALL JUST THERE IS A PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH A LITTLE DOOR THAT SNAPS OFF.ITS ABOUT 6 X8 ".THE FILTER SLIDES OUT OF THE BOTTOM OF THIS CONTAINER.WHEN THE FILTER IS CLOGGED SOMETIMES YOU GET MOISTURE ON THE FLOOR AS IF YOUR WINDSHIELD IS LEAKING.BE CARFUL WHEN YOU PUT THE NEW ONE IN.ITS A TIGHT FIT.

it should automaticly tighten when you release the tensioner pulley after putting the new belt on. if it does not tighten 1 of 2 things happened 1). you didnt run the belt the right way 2). tensioner assembly is faulted and needs to be replaced.

You might already know this , but I post it anyway. To see the codes displayed, You insert key, turn on to accessories (not start engine), turn off, turn on, turn off, then turn to on again and left it in that position.

In a few seconds, you will see a cycle of "blinks" begin on the dash display, (left side of steering column in my 90' Grand Caravan). The code format is displayed in pairs.

Example: one blink, short pause, three blinks = Code 13

Example: two blinks, short pause, five blinks = Code 25

End of cycle is always displayed last as five blinks, short pause, five blinks
