Whenever I play games like BF3 or Black Ops 2 my pc will crash. Most times it won't crash but will spaz out with random pyramid shaped colours all over the screen. I suspect it could be my PSU which is a COODmax 500w PSU (really cheap) and my gpu is a Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 ti. My GPU and PSU are only half a year old so I don't really see and wear and tear there.

Also I have 8GB of ram. My graphics card runs BF3 at 30+ fps which is fine with me but my card tends to overheat. That is why I think my cheap 500w PSU isn't giving my GPU enough power and pretty much overheats it.

to delete absolutely everything on your computer hard drive (aka memory storage) click on start, go to my computer (or computer for vista users) then right click on your drive then click on format. make sure that quick format is un-ticked then click on ok.

Basically the best way to delete everything in the computer just disable the file software, open the local c or d thru installer folder right click the mouse nor uninstall the application file or go to add and remove in to computer panel icon delete you want to delete and usual idea just reformat the computer to able to refresh the hardware condition of the computer and it absolutely empty.

The IED.EXE file is stored in a CAB (compressed cabinet file) usually held in the tempory internet files folder. Because the file is stored within another, Norton cannot repair or delete the file. Removal is simply a case of locating the CAB file specified by Norton and deleting it. I recently had my W98 box upgraded to XP Pro SP2. During this process I also had most of my old files transferred over. I guess one of these must have been infected bacause after running Norton AV (latest virus pack), it found the infected file "ied.exe" in a cabinet file "ied_s7m.cab" in the root directory of my c: drive.
