Response to above:

I am a General Manager and work for Daland Corp. which has 102 Pizza Huts east of the Mississippi. I haven't in my 14 years of having a job, worked for an company as professional as mine or as rewarding as mine. Not sure what your beef is with Pizza Hut, but as with any food service place, training and management are going to vary in quality within any company and any franchise and/or corporation. That being said, I myself however ensure that all my new hires go through the videos and I follow up and implement all learning, standards, and all necessary job requirements.
