Well I work in a Dermatologist Office in NY and the way I mix the botox for hyperhydrosis and for therapeutic use is to fill a syringe with about 2.3 - 2.5 cc of saline solution, then that goes into the botox vial. Swirl the mixture and let it sit for about 3-5 minutes, you just want to make sure there aren't any bubbles in the bottle. Then each vial should fill two 1cc syringes. That's it !

Botox is a temporary fix and save the first week or so after treatment I can have just as much trouble with the spasms as with out the treatments. I have not tried Clonezepam. One thing that has helped me is Diphenhydramine or Benedryl. This is also the ingredient in Simply Sleep or Tylenol PM. I don't know how or why it works other than I tried using it to take frequent naps since that was my only relief during the first few months of trying to stabilize the condition and get some form of functionality back. I have used it for about two years now and have had decent results. In that time period I have made several driving trips from Colorado to NH and attended 2 motorcycle weeks at Laconia and was able to ride my motorcycle without too much trouble. BoTox is botulism toxin -- a very strong neurotoxin. Taken orally, it's lethal in humans. Applied in non-circulating areas under the skin, it can induce a flaccid paralysis (which is why wrinkles go away). The toxin shouldn't move from those spots, and if it doesn't you and the fetus might be okay. I have not been able to find a study referencing BoTox and pregnancy in humans, nor did I expect to, as any negative effect such a study might have would wind up in the courts so fast it hurts to think about. Studies with animals have had some undesirable results. I advise that you skip the botox until you stopped nursing.

yes this medication can react and cause an eyedroop, I certainly wouldn't give botox injections whilst a patient is taking this, I would wait 2 weeks after the meds then is safe
