Will a broken timing belt on a peugeot 106 1.1 1996 cause engine damage?

Probabally. If you were driving the car and it cut out for no apparent reason and you tried to start it again you have more than likely bent the valves that let the fuel into the engine/exhausht gasses out. If so you will poob need a new engine, if however you didn't try to start the car after it died and in some rare cases even if you did you should be ok. Get it checked by a professional mechanic. DO NOT TRY TO START THE VEHICLE.

Where is the radio fuse in a fiat punto 1999 1.2?

If it's a mark 2:

On the right-hand-side of the steering wheel (assuming it's RHD), below the vent there's a large plastic panel with an unusably small pocket in it, and two plastic screws at the top securing it in place. Undo the screws and the whole panel hinges down (though you may have to give it a bit of a tug), revealing the fuses.

The inside of the panel should have a key printed on it - just find the one labelled (I think) 'RADIO' and remove the corresponding fuse. They're tricky to get out, but there's a fuse-puller (essentially just a usefully-shaped bit of plastic) usually to the top-right of the fuses.
