Gallbladders and Bile
Bile is produced in the liver, stored and concentrated in the gallbladder and released into the small intestine. Bile emulsifies the lipids in fatty food and makes it easier to digest. Unfortunately, the gallbladder can develop gallstones which can be tiny grains or as big as golf balls. Some cause no trouble but others may become life threatening.

I did and ended it with having my gallbladder removed and weaning off Lexapro in one week. My first problems with my gallbladder arose a couple of months into taking Lexapro for the first time years before. I stopped and then I had a pregnancy and about 5 year with no lexapro. When I had a traumatic family sitiuation I tried Lexapro again and again a couple of months into it I started to have gallbladder attacks. I took one lexapro after my surgery and it made me so sick I have vowed to never touch it again. It sucked because it really did great for my anxiety.
Does water fasting hurt your gallbladder?
Water in an integral part of almost every metabolic proses in the body. The gallbladder requires water to function properly. Fasting from water can cause gallbladder stones, shrinking of the gallbladder and death. Always consult a health professional before starting a fasting period.
Note: I would never recommend fasting from water unless a health professional told the person to.

One of the main concern of any post-surgery complication is infection (signs/symptoms including fever 3 days post-surgery). If you developed fever right 3 days after surgery than you should report this immediately to your health care provider.

Why wouldn't it be? I don't recommend letting a doctor convince you to have the gallbladder taken out again- in fact I'd suggest you report him to someone. Multiple abdominal surgeries are commonplace.

That is most likely bile, a liquid created by your gall bladder to digest fats in food. You may notice it burns a bit and is quite bitter. Alcohol is basically poison, and throwing up is your body's defense mechanism for getting the poison out. Since you were throwing up, we will assume you have not been eating, so your body has nothing to throw up besides the Bile. Vomiting for such an extended period can be damaging.
