No. The 3DS games are not currently set for release on the DS as well. One of the reasons may be that the 3DS has greatly enhanced online capabilities, and the 3D screen. It would be much more difficult from a coding standpoint to port these games between the 2 systems.

Monsters that are synthesized by using high-level monsters with high ranks (Rank S, or A) usually produce the strongest results. It requires a lot of patience due to the amount of leveling involved, but it also needs the highest ranks so there is some planning required. There are walkthroughs for the game, but it is ultimately more fun to play through the game yourself instead of cheating by looking at the answers page.
The strongest monster is either Dr snapped, dragovian lord, wildcard or ace of spades, but dragovian lord tends to be considered the strongest.

This is in part due to the need to translate it. When you play a video game there are thousands if not millions of words that need to be translated to a new language. Also, for some statements there isn't a direct translation so they can't translate it as easily. Additionally, the text in a video game is harder to change due to the video gaming language. Then, after all the language is translated, the game has to be tested for mistakes. Finally, the company must make thousands of games before releasing them.

There are three types. First is PSP 1000 series also called a normal PSP or phat. Second is the PSP 2000 series or called a PSP slim and lite. It is 33 percent lighter and 13 percent slimmer. Very very few. The technology for battery pack saving was just really starting out in the days of the NES. It was possible on some of the bigger games such as Final Fantasy, Metroid and Zelda though.
The NES Nintendo used a battery usually for saves. Unlike todays systems there was no hard drive or memory card so if the game didn't have built in capabilities you couldn't save. That's a very good question. Lots and Lots of people are wondering that. I tried to think of what I could possibly tell you. The thing is, we just don't know. Some people say that the series is over because of the THE END at the end of the second game and because of how the mystery of megaman and the ruins has been solved. Others think that legends ended too abruptly. There are lots of references scattered around the net. Look at the megaman 20th birthday photo, I can see a birdbot, a kobun, both rolls, data, you get the picture. I wouldn't hold your breath if I were you, but still, don't think it's all over. I think capcom is waiting for people to think it's long dead but then bring it back. Who knows?

- When you are selecting what codes to apply, it should have an option for adding codes.
- You then add the code, which looks like a bunch of numbers and letters, grouped in eight characters.
- Install the Code Manager and connect your ARDS to your PC.
- Find the code, copy - paste it to notepad, then save it as an .XML file (not .txt)
- In the Code manager, copy and paste the XML file into the column with lots of codes. Don't worry about all the others being deleted! you can get them back by resubscribing online.
- Disconnect the USB cable
- Click the green button with the star on your DS and select your code.
Alternative method that does not delete all files:
1) Open the Action Replay Code Manager on your PC with your DS plugged into a USB port.
2) Copy the code from the source
3) Under 'My Code lists" display "presets" and locate the game the code is for. Right click the game title when you find it.
4) Select "add new cheat" and paste the code into the box that appears, give it a name
5) Go to the left window, "Nintendo DS," and locate the same game. Delete this game by right clicking and selecting "delete" then "yes."
6) Drag the game from the "My code lists" to "Nintendo DS" and it will write the game folder to the DS. The game will reappear in the left window when finished.
7) Disconnect the USB cord
8) Press the "home" button on your DS AR menu screen and click the green button with the star on your DS and select your code (s)
9) enjoy
If the game you want to add a cheat for is not in your preset code list, it may be in a subscription (the top right window) and you can drag it to "my code lists."
If it is not there, you may have to create the game. There are other wikianswers regarding this and the AR manual also covers the process.

You have to get around him first. Wait for him to get his arm stuck or begin to blow fire to then go around him. Use the grapple hook to grapple th swing on the tail of the dragon on the roof. When you let go and the roof will come down onnthe boss cracking his shell. Repeat two more time to destroy his shell. Now you can hit his eye with your sword a few times to kill him.

To be an elementalist, you need to master 1 fencer and 1 white mage ability. Me personally would prefer an assassin though. To be an assassin, you need 1 sniper and 2 elementalists. To be a sniper, you need to master 2 archer abilities. Hope this helps.

Well, if you have a psp 1000, 3000 or baseplate your best bet is to see if the charger works. Mine went out so i borrowed a friends then got another cheap from ebay. If you have a PSVita (touch screen psp) then you should hold the power button for 20 seconds, when it comes on select 'restart vita system' and it will turn on as normal. hope this helps!

Use the mirror shield when she throws either ice or fire. Your shield will start beeping. Collect three ice or fire beams and the mirror shield will fire a beam. Make sure you are close to the girl when the mirror shield fires. This will stun her and she will fall. Go and hit her. Make sure you collect all ice or all fire. If you have two ice in your shield and you try to collect a fire it will hurt you!
