How do you change the heater blower on a 1986 gmc suburban?
Are we talking about the actual Fan Blower to blow heat into the cabin? Then that's easy! What you have to do is disconnect the battery first! Then what you do next is to stand in front of your truck looking towards the engine. To your top left you will see a round device attached to your firewall. That is the blower Fan. There are at least 5 to six screws that are attached to it and 1 of the top screws has a ground wire attached to it just unscrew all of those and the Heater blower Fan pops Right out ok! Also there is a little hose attached to the rear of that fan which can be removed just buy pulling it off and it will go on just as easy! Any questions you can hit me at my emailspin_doctors@yahoo.com. God Bless
