V for Vendetta circles around the date the 5th of November as important because this was the date, now known as Bonfire Night, on which Guy Fawkes and his fellows attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament. As this is V's ultimate goal in the film, and as he wears a 'Fawkesian' mask, the date ties in with this.

It's easy to blow up an inflatable by mouth, provided you follow these simple steps.

1. Lay the inflatable out flat, then find the valve, and hold it to your mouth.

2. Place the entire valve in your mouth, including the lid, and gently press down on the end of it with your teeth.

3. Take in a breath, and blow for as long as you can without getting light headed into the inflatable.

4. Between each time you blow into the inflatable, take another deep breath.

5. Keep blowing into the inflatable until it is fully inflated.

6. Take the valve out of your mouth, put the lid into the valve and push it in.

Im actually not sure but i know that before he was going to be hung, drawn and quartered that he did not give a speech but threw himself off the scaffoldiing to get away but broke his neck and died.

The Cunningham test would be justifiable to a persons guilty mind, since the Cunningham test is a subjective test, so the test is mainly on the person who is convicted of the crime.

The Caldwell test is an objective test that the jury will give a verdict based on the act of the person whom is convicted of the crime, and that person's mind is whether guilty or not lies in the hand of the jury(reasonable man). The Jury which is the reasonable man is always reasonable, never makes a mistake, and only taking sex and age in to account.

An objective test does not confirm the state of mind of the person when he/she is doing the act, and there by, objective test in my opinion is not justifiable to a persons guilty mind when only his/her act is being judged.
