He will send you a robot (first one will be the chicken) them go watch tv (world ranch) and there you can buy the animals.

Note: At first you only buy chickens since you bought them talk to the same guy and he will send a sheep robot and so on.

Then i went in and called at about 10:00 to 11:00 and it worked.
