It can take up to 36 hours for a migraine to be triggered by food that you have consumed. So when investigating your diet for triggers, it is important to look at the past couple of days.

Well, usually if I have a headache. A minor one, nothing big. But if I usually go to the bathroom(number 2) then my headache goes away. But sometimes I get sick then after the virus passes by, I feel fine again. So I'm not sure if pooping causes headaches.
