I think it is because he is overweight and even if people do like him they won't go against majority opinion for fear of being ridiculed. I think he's, generally, not only a talented actor but a pretty good looking guy. But that's my opinion. He has his flaws. Who doesn't, right? The person who wrote "probally cauze hes fat" may not have been making a personally opinionated comment. They may have just been answering your question honestly. I KNOW!!!!! Possibly... The boy is probably boy-to-girl transgender. If he is, he has probably wished he was a girl and wanted to be a girl his whole life, or close to his whole life. It shows open- mindedness on the parents' part to allow him to become one. The son is probably grateful.
