Msc it and ca is equivalent to be and mca?

My answer here would be that it both has the same value in the job market. MCA is a course which has been for quite a long time. It is very well know because people from other fields cans also enroll them selves in it. The portion is quite similar to what u study in Bsc IT or Bsc Comps.

If u opt for Msc IT it would be an advance version of what you have studied in Bsc. It is course which is catching up these days as many multinational companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Igate Patni have started recognising this degree as well as this is quite new course as compared to MCA.

Both courses are good, ultimately its your decision which one you want to opt for.

Why recruiter ask strength and weakness?

I think that they ask it to be able to guage the personality of the applicant. Is she prideful or is she willing to be honest but open to criticisms.

~

this is recruitment favorite. All persons apply for employment, applying for progression etc should know what their main strengths are, what there weakness are and therefore what (strength) they bring to the role applied for and (weakness) where they see they need development to improve. The latter falls in to the category of knowledge for improving own learning and self development. Many recruiting specialists see knowing your own weaknesses as an actual strength as you can then define what needs to be done to improve in those aspects. Everyone has a strength and certainly everyone has a weakness. Its important not to dwell to heavily on that area as it can tell the recruiter that you are trying to put them off.

Phone conversation strength and weakness?

Phone conversations with potential employers can have strengths and weaknesses. A weakness is that they do not provide as much listener feedback as when talking in person. No body language takes place to interpret, either. A strength of the phone conversation is for people who find talking in person intimidating. Also the applicant is not as worried about clothing and hair when talking over the phone.
