You have not provided the VIN # so this question is not answerable.

Warm the engine. Remove dipstick and drain plug. When oil has drained re-instert drain plug. Refill with 1.1 quart of motorcycle 10-30 W oil and re-instert dipstick. Start engine and check oil level and also for oil leaks.

This is also known as the gear position switch. It is inside of the rear crankcase cover. You must remove this cover to service it or renew it. The neutral switche is combined with the reverse switch and I am pretty sure you have to remove the engine out of the frame to do this job.

Remove both wheels. Remove the cotter pin from axel on each side. Remove the axel nut from both sides. On the left side remove the bolt from the bottom of the shock and undo the 4 bolts from the rear differential. Remove the collar from the left hand side of the drive shaft (note which way it is on there an install the same way) From the right side remove all of the bolts around the brake cover. Unscrew the wing nuts that hold the brake cables. Then remove the brake drum and then remove the 4 nuts on the back of the brake plate so you can remove the brake plate. Now you should be able to pull the axle out the right hand side of the differential.

The difference between a Honda atc 185s and a Honda ATV 185s is that ATC stands for All Terrain Control (most commonly 3-wheeled) and ATV stands for All Terrain Vehicle (most commonly 4-wheeled).

To check the oil level, from the owner's manual:

1. Place the ATV on level ground

2. Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes

3. Stop the engine. After a few minutes, remove the oil filler cap/dipstick an wipe it clean, then reinsert the dipstick without screwing it in. The oil level should be between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick.

4. If required, add the specified oil up to the upper level mark. Do not overfill.

5. Reinstall the oil filler cap/dipstick.

Most likely, you have a blocked fuel line or fuel filter. To solve that problem, detach the the fuel line from the carb, take the fuel filter out of the line and see if fuel comes to the carb end of the fuel line. If not, just put on a new fuel line and fuel filter.

Another problem that may cause this is debris in the carb; take the fuel and air intake lines off and spray carb cleaner into the carbuerator. Make sure to have an escape for the cleaner to flush out the debris.

No, It should be tight. The older model Rincon Disc is a two piece design that is riveted together. When they loosen you get a ugly vibration when you brake. Just buy the upgraded part and you'll be good.

You need an air filter and a fuel filter. On the larger models there is also an oil filter.

With the dip stick on the oil filler cap. If I am not mistaken the gearcase and engine block are the same animal.

Your question needs a few more details, but I'm guessing when you put it in 'R' it won't go into reverse unless you continue on into 'N' neutral. My car also has the 'D' affected. I have to put it into '2' in order to be in Drive. This is indicative of a bad spacer washer on the gear shift cable - it has disintegrated. You will have to have a new shifter cable installed. Go to a regular mechanic for this - NOT a transmission shop.

YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE A CHAIN IT SHOULD BE A DRIVESHAFT FROM THE ENGINE TO THE DIFFERENTIAL

you'd have to get into the transmission to change a shift fork

tranny is built in the motor case and is changed everytime u change oil

clean the carb drain old gass put in new battry put in new air filter if its bad. spry quick start in the airbreather to get it started. hope you can get it running!
