How do you change cabin filter for Honda accord 2004?
No pictures but the filter change is very simple. I just completed the replacement on my 2004 Accord V6.
First locate components to be removed.
Look on the right side of open glovebox and locate a plastic lever. You will see groves on the end connected to the glovebox. The groved area is the spot to place the thumb in order to press this lever off the glovebox.
Lay on the floor on the passenger side and look up under the glovebox. You will see two brass colored screws one on each side of the glovebox. these screws go up through two square plastic hinges attached to the glovebox and in the the dash frame.
With the glovebox closed remove the two brass colored screws and lay them in the floor.
Open the glovebox and hold the glovebox with your left hand and press on the plastic lever located on the right side of the glovebox. This lever is slotted and will pop off the glovebox.
Lay glovebox in the driver seat.
Look straight in behind the glovebox. You will see a rectangular black plastic cover approximately 1.5 inches wide by 8 inches long. On the right and left side are arrows pointing in. Press the arrows and pull out on the cover. This will slide out the tray that holds the filter. Remove old filter and insert the new one, flow arrows pointing down.
Retrieve glovebox hold in place and attach plastic plastic lever to the right side of the glovebox. The reverse of removal.
NOTE -The two plastic hinges located on the bottom of the glovebox fit underneath the dash frame.

How often should transmission fluid be change in a Honda Pilot?
Refer to your maintenance schedule. Based on what I have seen in various forums regarding Honda transmissions it wouldn't be a bad idea to follow the Severe Maintenance Schedule for transmission fluid changes. If you do it yourself, a drain and fill costs about $35 in parts (4 quarts HONDA ATF-Z1 and drain bolt washer). Use Honda's ATF-Z1 fluid, at least while you're still under warranty. If you do a flush, keep in mind that per the manual (2005) a flush is doing a drain and fill three times (drive a few miles between each drain and fill) requiring 12 quarts of ATF-Z1.

How do you remove a passenger convex mirror?
There are many different ways to remove the convex mirrors on your OEM mirrors. First, you can heat up the convex mirror with a hair dryer on high for about 30 seconds. Before doing that, be sure the use painter's tape to tape the mirror around your side mirror to prevent it from popping off and shattering! Also, to remove the left-over residue/adhesive on your mirror use some goo-gone/goo-off (if there's a lot) or some windex (for little residue).
If the mirror does not pop or slide off after using the heat from the hair dryer, use some dental floss to "shave" it off. Just gently slide the floss behind the mirror and proceed to remove the adhesive. Tip: Be gentle and patient!
Good luck!
