Does raspberry leaf tea really help during labor?

It doesn't induce labor, it just causes contractions. And it's anything with real raspberry in it. The contractions won't necessarily put you into labor, but you'll get the pain still.

AnswerIt actually ripens your cervix getting it ready for the birth. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and nothing has happened yet. I am 39 weeks and 3 days. Everyone is different. Answeri was wondering if you mixed the raspberry thing and the castor stuff together would that induce labor earlier. i am a mother of three with another on the way and i cant stand being pregnant anymore. i just feel awful. by the way i am 36 weeks along. and my youngest is only nine months old. please let me know if that would do anything AnswerI would not advise you to try and go into labor at 36 weeks as your baby will be too premature to go home immediately so you will either have to stay in hospital with it or make daily trips, both difficult with three others.

From 37 weeks an infusion of raspberry leaf tea will not make you go into labour but when labour does start it makes it more efficient.

ANSWER

I have PCOS which means I don't have my periods regularly, about 3 times a YEAR...and so therefore I am no ovulating. I had my first daughter in 2002, it then took me 6 years to have my second child in 2008! I had started taking red raspberry in the pill form, and after the first two weeks I started having a period. Then I found the liquid form, and had two squirts each morning ( in a cup of OJ) It taste horrible! But 3 months later I was pregnant! So yes it works. In fact I stopped taking it cause I am not yet ready for another baby. But once in awhile I will take it to bring on a period to "cleanse" myself.

I did not have any side effects that were bad, just helps with your hormones in a natural way. I had a period, ovulated, and I also got acne, but that is because it brought on my hormones. I recommend the liquid form, you can find it in the natural section of a grocery store, they are about $10 for a bottle.

It's good to take throughout the pregnancy ( helps form the uterus walls and get ready for labor) it helps after giving birth to heal. It is basically a wonder NATURAL drug for women. If your having heavy periods, no periods, painful periods, you should take this. I am NOT a doctor, I speak from experience for when I use it and my sister-in-law uses it.

Good luck!

How should you remove small glass splinters from your face?

First, consider getting someone to do it for you -- it's really hard to do this in a mirror. Only tiny splinters should be addressed -- big ones may require medical attention to prevent scarring. Avoid the areas around the eyes. Gently wash the area of the face with soap and water. Get bright, direct light on the subject. Then you can probe with tweezers, and by simply looking for the reflection off the glass. Remove the glass by gently wiping with gauze, so it traps in the gauze, or with tweezers. Be careful not to squeeze hard and break the glass more. Afterwards, apply a gentle antiseptic. You probably won't get them all at first. While glass can exist in the body without causing a reaction, you'll find that a lot of the glass fragments will express to the skin surface over the next month or so, without any help from you. If you fear that large pieces are embedded, especially near muscle or neural tissue, get your doc to remove them for you.

These will help you do necessary things like measure pulse and blood pressure. Plus be able to administer medications in the correct amounts.

I am 5'9 and weigh 250 lbs how long is weed in my system?

There are a few factors that determine how long weed stays in your system.

First of all, how often do you smoke? If you are a regular smoker it stays in your system for about 90 days, where as if u only smoke occasionly it may only stay in for 30 days or so.

Also, keep in mind that THC is stored in your fat cells, so anyone who tells you to drink a lot of water to flush out the weed is actually giving you pretty bad advice. All drinking water will do is dilute your urine so that the marijuana will not show up. Most people who read the drug tests though will know if you tried to dilute your urine and will most likely make you retake the test.

The best way to get it out of your system is to burn fat. I suggest turning your shower on for about 20 minutes and get the bathroom hot and steamy. Then put on a bunch of heavy layers of clothes and just sit in there and sweat for about another 20 miuntes. Do this a few times before your drug test and you should be good to go!

How do you know if you broke your elbow?

you can tell if your elbow is broken or not if you can straighten or bend it all the way,if you can not do that then it might be . A sprain hurts more than a break. Also, if your elbow is swollen, has a bruise, or if you can't move it all the way normally, it may be broken. The elbow is a bone that you can move a little if it is broke. You should ice it, have pain killers, etc. If this isn't enough afer 3 days or so, you should see a doctor, get xrays, etc. good luck....
