The best material to do this is simple household bleach or Sodium hypochlorite.

It kills the mould spores as well as cleans it. Dilute the bleach with water so that it is just strong enough to do the job. Rinse off with clean water after.

Be particularly careful with the bleach around metal parts like window and door frames. Wash it off well as bleach can stain and also promote rust if left in places like window frame heads .

take a special cloth or silver cleaner and gently rub the tarnish away. do not use bleaches or ammonia, as this will increase tarnishing. if u dont have a special cloth try the microfiber cloths used to clean glasses or to polish instruments.

A good basic cleaner is baking soda made into a paste. Scrub the stain with the paste then rinse. Spraying with vinegar before rinsing can help lift extra dirt from the surface. Since egg stains on vinyl siding are extremely difficult to remove (not even high volume power-washing will take it off) you have nothing to lose by trying this before having to replace that section of vinyl siding:

Mix some non-abrasive filler such as sanding dust with an enzyme laundry detergent and spread a past of this over the affected surface. Cover it with plastic wrap to keep the past damp for as long as possible. Then rise off the surface. The theory behind this solution (told by a vinyl siding expert) is this solution is to have the enzymes stay active and in contact with the spots for a while so that the paste has a chance to soften them. Buy a 12' pressure treated 4 X 4. Buy a post holder at the local home center. This is a 36" steel stake with a square box at the top. The post holder is driven into the ground with a sledge hammer after inserting a small slightly undersized block of wood into the square box at the top.

Cut the 4X4 in two lengths. The long piece should be about 7 - 8' long.

Use a circular saw that has the blade depth set to 1/2 the thickness of the 4X4. By making repetitive cuts, create a channel the exact with of the 4X4.

Create an equal channel in the other section of 4X4. The two pieces will now fit together. Nail the pieces together using 10p galvanized nails.

Insert the post into the post holder. May be necessary to hammer it to insure a snug fit. A decorative cap can be purchased at the local home center.

Just wash with soap and water.

You can purchase several products that are able to remove dried latex paint from carpet. I have personally used GooOff. Also, I know that some organic carpet pastes, such as Quick-N-Bright, and a steel brush work well for paint that has been worked deep into the carpet.

Yes, you need to look. Empty everything out and check to see if there is dampness, puddling, rotted areas, mold or slime anywhere. Clean it all up- pipes, floor, inside walls, cleanser bottles- with some kitchen spray cleaner and leave the doors open for a couple of days. You should be able to determine if something is leaking and needs to be repaired.
