I believe that the American Immigration policy would be to ask you to go back to the country you came from, and apply for a landed status. From there, and after many documents have been filled out and filed with the proper people in Immigration, if you have no criminal record, you might be accepted. I can also tell you that it takes about two years to do this unless you get an Immigration Lawyer. This will cost a few dollars, but the money would be well spent.

Also be aware of the fact that you don't have to be Hispanic to be an illegal immigrant. They come from every country in the world. They come to the US from Asia, Africa, or Europe with a tourist visa and stay on after it expires, that makes them illegal immigrants.
