What this usually means is that there is an ignition coil that is going bad or is bad. The TCS light will come on because one of the cylinders are misfiring. When the car senses this, it detects this misfire as "slippery conditions" and the TCS lite will engage.
Take it to an autozone and have them diagnose which cylinder is misfiring. Then replace the ignition coil for that cylinder. Dont let the fact that the engine has a cover over it scare you. A 10MM socket wrench will get that right off. Its only 4 nuts. Using that same size socket wrench will loosen the bolt that holds the ingntion coil intact to the engine.
Once you replace that coil, put that cover back on, you will be good to go!
