Who owns the intellectual property rights to neem tree products?
While the neem tree has been used in India for thousands of years for various purposes such as pesticides, and spermicides a US company has been suing Indian companies for producing the emulsion they've patented. They argue over the rights of foreign companies to conduct research and development by using patents against the interest of the people who live at the source of the resource. It is the US who developed the process they are the legal rightful owners of the products produced.

Hello,
In order to obtain even a close estimate of your Winchester there are several factors that have to be addressed. It's exact configuration, such as round bbl. Vs. octagon, full or half magazine, rifle or carbine and caliber. Additionally, the current state of the socks, (wooden parts), & metal parts. This is commonly described as a percentage of it's "original 100%" new condition when it left the factory over 100 yrs. ago. Is there any cracks, chips or missing pieces in the wood, any rust, corrosion or pitting to the metal portions. This info is most of what's needed to start with.
I realize that this may seem too involved or complicated for someone not familiar with the collectible values & evaluations of these guns, but unless this information is provided it's comparable to someone saying, "I have a 1955 Chevy in good shape...what's it worth?" Your description of it being in "good shape" and "98 percent" is contradictory. Generally speaking a "good" shaped antique Winchester is about 60% of all original, and a 98% gun would be described as excellent plus condition...this in accordance to accepted guidelines.
I've been collecting, buying & selling antique Winchester's for many years and I can be very helpful to you to determine it's current market value...if you can email me photo's of it, both whole sides and each side divided into 3 sections I'd be able to help you easily.
My email address is: martinphoto1@verizon.net
FYI, those dates you provided are all patent dates....according to most publications a Winchester Model 1886 ser. no. 46101 was manufactured in the later part of1890.
I hope this is of some help to you and if you can send pics I can be of more assistance.
Best regards,
Marty
