Usually the first step is to contact your ISP who will work on tracing the hacker. This usually means they will get the hackers IP and find out what ISP owns that particular address and then make contact with that ISP providing details of the attack and request the details of the customer who was using that IP address at the time of the attack.
However usually hackers will get off easily. It's no problem tracing the computer that was used for the attack, but actually pinning somebody to the computer is the hard part. If its a school or library or internet cafe or some other public computer then you have little hope.
If it goes to a house, then you have to figure out which family member it was, big brother or little brother? And even if you know which one it was (because the other doesn't have the knowledge) you still have to pin him to the computer and you can rest assured his parents are not going to help you.

hi, i got the Barcelona tickets for the match against Madrid. was a gift from my wife and they told her that my seats would be with a good view and they were right.
I am not sure if it is but the effect looks like. I am a Venezuelan citizen and I traveled with my 2 kids from Caracas Venezuela to Madrid and them to Barcelona to see two games: one at Madrid (Madrid vs Zurich) which tickets I received as expected. The problem was when I traveled from Madrid to Barcelona to see the game between Barcelona and Real Madrid on November 29, 2009 and I did not receive the 3 tickets that I ordered on-line with the order 12218. I paid 999 euros for each one and until now I din not receive any refunds. Due to this circumstance and in order to see the game I had to buy more expensive tickets at stadium entrance and I paid more than 1300 each. Also the associated travel expenses was around 1500 euros (Hotel, airplane Tickets and Food). I want to emphasise that the only purpose of my trip was to see the game and nothing else. I am still waiting for their answer. I expect a friendly solution to this problem and not go further more. At the mean time I request my personal attorney to contact them and take care of this matter in order to receive a quick an satisfactory solution on my behalf.

I have read the t&c,and i understood its a second market company,

WARNING: Read The Terms and Conditions First. It's a total rip off. They depend on their touts to get the tickets. You might only receive them several hours before the game and that's if they can find you outside the stadium or where ever the event is on. And no refund no matter what. I can't believe they can operate legally.

Save this file and exit, Google talk will stop functioning
While using this method you should manage your user accounts such as end users cant access this host file. do it from control panel and allot user names for each users with limited access
