Make sure you only spend one of your days off with each character. Decline when anyone asks you to stay the night. Try not to spend the day with Inuyasha, since hes the one who found you in the beginning. Look up which special events Sesshoumaru appears in, and go to all of those. Spend as little time as you can with your group. When youre with Rin at Narakus castle, make sure you choose the option to find Sesshoumaru. Also, when you first meet him fight demons until you've both leveled up a few times. Basically, just try to spend most of your time pursuing him, and eventually it will work.

As for Co-ops with him, Im pretty sure there arent any. (Im not 100% sure about all of this. Ive been trying to get the Sesshoumaru ending for ages.)
