Bardock was a villain. He killed the inhabitants of many planets as a low level lackey of Freiza but he did have a change of heart right before he died but it wasn't enough to have changed anything. Bardock was only in the movie "Bardock - The Father of Goku" not the show, and the movies are non-canon "not exactly tied into the shows" and plus H.F.I.L "Hell" is most likely huge so he could've been anywhere.

Its because Inuyasha's a stubborn stupid dog to like any else other than kagome.

He likes that fact that she is confident and happy, it balances his depressive tendencies. He likes that she is kind and gentle, but also comes with a fiery temper that he greatly enjoys stoking. He learns from her, how to feel affection and show that affection for other people, etc., and he is incredibly grateful to her for that. His mother was the only person to love him for him, and so, when Kagome proves again and again that she loves all of him, it touches him. He also greatly appreciates that she never made him choose between her and Kikyo, that she truly only wanted him to be happy, no matter what it did to her. And of course it didn't hurt that he found her very sexy :)

In the manga, it shows Sango and Miroku has having two twins girls and an infant son while Kagome and Inuyasha say they're just living with each other. At the very end, Kagome calls Sesshomaru "brother-in-law," so it's assumed Inuyasha and Kagome are married, but nothing substantial about their future is revealed.
