Plug in your ipod,check UNABLE box at the buttom of itune. 2. go to MY COMPUTER,then your ipod w/c is not name the same your ipod will be disk E/F/G 3. go to TOOLS menu bar,folder option,click VIEW tab, check SHOW HIDDEN FILES?FOLDER 4. hit APPLY then OK, back to the root of your ipod which is translucent compared to other folder 5 is name IPOD CONTROL open MUSIC you will see folder name F00 to F49 music stored here 6. enter into F00 music file not name of your tracks or arrange in any logical order. 7. exit & back out back to music file folder,select all folder copy on your hard drive 8. now enter itune click FILE, ADD FILE TO LIBRARY,select folder F00 to F49 stored click OK 9. your itunes will copy all music into your library. Update Mac OS from the apple icon in the top left corner of your screen, then go into iTunes and update available Apps.

From the iTunes menu bar select Store and then turn Off and then On Genius.

If not repaired, reinstall iTunes.
