how do i change the digital clock in a 2003 jaguar xkr

i fitted S type alloys with 225 x 45 x 16 tyres to my 2004 X type 2.0 D, the tyres rub as standard so i fitted a 5mm universal spacer to all 4 wheels problem solved and no issues

You can't easily check it, because the transmission is sealed.

Owners manual states that it holds 16gals of fuel. It also states that when the fuel light goes on , you have burned 14gals of fuel and have two gallons remaining. When the needle reaches the empty line you have burned 15gals of fuel but you really have one gallon of fuel left in the tank.

1) Open the driver side door.

2) Turn the ignition switch to the 'auxiliary' position, then turn the ignition switch to the

'ON' position and back to the 'auxiliary' position four times. *This must be done fairly quickly. If you have done it correctly, you will hear a chime.

3) Turn the ignition switch to 'OFF' position.

4) Remove the key from the ignition.

5) To program the transmitter, press any key within ten seconds. **If it worked, you should hear another chime.

6) Close the door...YOU'RE DONE!

Press and hold the mode button with the radio on. This will bring up a screen, select 12 or 24 hour scale, depending on what your preference is...press mode again...now enter the time with the keypad, using a "0" before the hour,if the hour is not in double digits. Press mode again...Now use the # button to change from AM to PM. Hope this helps!

Open the rear door, insert the ignition key into the lock (its visible when you open the rear door, its next to the knob that clicks when you open or close the door), turn the key outwards (to the right). The will immobilise the door interior handle. Repeat for the opposite rear door. After you have immobilises the rear doors you will only be able to open from the outside (exterior handle). To disable the child lock feature, open the rear door again and using the ignition key, move the control back to the original position (turn to the left)

if v8 it is usually water pump. rarely is it the thermostat.

WORKSHOP PROCEDURE
1. Open door.
2. Turn ignition 'ON'.
3. Operate front seat fully rearward for access.
4. The air recirculation switch should be in the fresh air mode.
5. Turn ignition 'OFF'.
6. Remove the glove compartment hinge retaining screws (Illustration 1).
7. Remove the glove compartment retaining screws (Illustration 2).
8. Disconnect the glove compartment lamp electrical connector (Illustration 3).
9. Remove the glove compartment.
10. Disconnect the air inlet blend door actuator electrical connector, undo and remove the climate control upper front stepper motor securing screws and displace the climate control stepper motor and reposition to gain working access (Illustration 4).
11. Remove the air inlet blend door actuator securing screws (Illustration 5).
12. Displace and remove actuator.
13. On all vehicles, align the actuator shaft as follows: Connect the air inlet blend door actuator to the electrical connector, and switch the ignition 'ON'. By a combination of operating the air recirculation button ON/OFF and disconnecting the electrical connector at the correct time set the shaft to the correct position. The flat opposite the curved face should be set nearest to and parallel with the line on the actuator body

Note: A DTC will be stored during the alignment procedure since the open circuit will be detected.

14. Turn ignition 'OFF'.
15. Ensure the air inlet blend door is in the fresh air position.

Caution: Care must be taken not to apply too much adhesive as this could be pushed backwards on the motor housing when inserted in the climate control unit.

16. Apply Super Glue Gel or a suitable locally sourced adhesive to the actuator shaft (Illustration 7).

Note: Do NOT apply adhesive to the end of the actuator shaft.

17. Align, install, and fully seat the actuator. Hold the actuator in position until the adhesive has set.

Note: Do NOT switch the ignition 'ON', or operate the air recirculation switch until ten minutes have elapsed to allow the adhesive to set.

18. Install and tighten actuator-securing screws.
19. Connect actuator electrical connector.
20. Reposition and install the climate control upper front stepper motor.
21. Install and tighten the climate control upper front stepper motor securing screws.
22. Install the glove compartment.
23. Connect the glove compartment lamp electrical connector.
24. Install and tighten the glove compartment retaining screws.
25. Install and tighten the glove compartment hinge retaining screws.
26. Turn ignition 'ON'.
27. Operate front seat to original position.
28. Turn ignition 'OFF'.
29. Position WDS alongside vehicle, switch 'ON' Portable Test Unit (PTU) and allow software to load.

Note: During previous operation, Connect PTU to vehicle via diagnostic cable.

30. Clear DTCs, switch OFF PTU, disconnect and return WDS to original location.
31. Close door.

HID lights are the outter main lights. From the dealership they're $350.00 but I called around and got them from Monument Auto parts for $ 70.00. H1 are the dim inner lights that are used as your high beams. Those are Halogen lights and not that expensive. If you have problems, search for how to change jaguar headlights or something like that.

If IAT = Indicated Air Temperature, under the front bumper, away from engine heat.

Use the pull next to the driver's seat. If the cable has seized or broken gently prise the cover open by bending the flap. (it's plastic, mine opened without damage - be careful)

hi if you look stright forward at the front of your car when youlift the bonnett the left bank of plugs are under the inlet manifold and the right set are under the jaguar name plate , this cover on the right lifts of and reveals the coil packs the plugs are under the coil packs , you have too take the inlet manifold of to replace the left bank

I found the orifice tube on the passenger side just under the front windshield inside the engine compartment. I was hidden by some plastic mesh held on by twist ties. Somewhat of a tight area to het at. The use of two open ended wrenches did the job. Now I am running down the road with an ice cold system blowing at me, after recharging the system. Not sure if it matters now, but the car is an 02 X-type with 2.5 engine. The orifice tube was easy to get out. All I used was a pair of needle nose pliers, replaced the o-rings too.

Just did it this evening after purchasing NYC type yesterday. I replaced the parking bulb on passenger side which seems easier task to driver's side. Task was not easy, but is possible. Place arm through small opening in engine bay and feel for a circular cap that covers parking light casing. Pull off this cap. Once this is off, with some patience, feel for the parking bulb.... Place fingers securely around bulb and it will pull out with a lot of force! Simple reinsert new bulb and fit back cover/ cap... Good luck!
