You could try pet-sitting, baby-sitting or anything that you are interested in.
yes, anyone can do it but you have to be at least 10 years old
no, you must be at least 13 to get any job in England (not sure about other countries.)
It is 13 years old in the UK. If you want to become a paper girl / boy and are under 13 then apply for a paper round a few months before you are 13.
i have been to about 7 different websites and the only awnser i got is 13

to start you have to be a teen at the age of 13 years of age

It varies in different places but its normally 13 or 14 some places will let 12 year olds but no one does in my area

State laws specify at what age children can work. Most states allow a 12 year old to have a paper route, but check for your state. And you may have to get a permit from your school. And the newspaper company will know what the rules are.
depending on child labor laws in your state 13 or 14
This will depend upon the newspaper that you will be working for. Many newspapers will allow you to be 14 years old and deliver papers for them.
The legal age to get a paper route in most states is 16. However, this can vary greatly between states. Therefore, check with your local Workforce Center to find out for sure.
When i turned 13 i got a paper round
I gave it up though :)
Im 14 now and i need a job too :'(
Great summer jobs could be at a grocery, you could also get a paper route, mowing the lawn for people, babysitting, home sitting, amusement park people, bus boy at some retaurants or do the dishes in some restaurants. There's some ideas so you could find yourself a job during summer. It has to be a part-time job becauseyou are too young to handle such hours. So am I. I'm 14 too. Also, looking for a job to call my own now. good luck
we need to stand on our own feet
it depends how large the space is..usualy about 15 or 20 dollars.because im 13 and i would charge 15
Answer
There isn't much around for an average 12 year old to do. But if you really wanted a job so badly you could offer to dog walk for the people close around or you could pet sit, maybe you could do jobs around the house (maybe clean and tidy your room).
Answer
There isn't much around for 12 year olds to do! Just jobs that don't really pay much at all! So you will have to wait until you are over the the age of 14 to be able to do a paper route, but apart from that, the jobs the pay a lot are only for people who are the age of 18 or over!
Answer
You may get a paper route once you are 9 years old. In some places, you must be 10, and you can get an actual paying job once you're 13. They dont trust younger people, so you have to be a teenager. It really just depends on where in the world you live.
Answer
There is no one answer for what a twelve year old may be able to do to earn money. Does anyone in your family, neighbors, or friends parents like to go to swap meets, flea markets, or yard sales? You should visit some with them to scope them out. Find out what people sell, what is the cost to set up. Can you produce something that you can sell? String beads, embroider dish towels, make wooden bird houses or other things. You might collect used clothing, launder it, make any repairs, iron if necessary, fold nicely for sale. Go to the sales to get ideas. Start your own mini business. But go with a responsible adult.
I'm 12, and I actually did this. Dogsitting. Believe it or not, you can make a lot. Then again, it depends on what exactly your idea of a lot is. I dogsat on spring break for a little cockapoo (Cocker Spaniel/Poodle) and it was for a week, at $10 a day, which is very cheap compared to kennel prices. I also got their mail everyday and put their trash in and out (they were my neighbors). I set up skype so they could see how she was doing and stuff too, which they LOVED. I should have been paid $80 becuase it was for 8 days, but they were very happy with the care of their little girlie, they gave me $100!!!!! Another way is to babysit. If you cook for them it's good money and if you took any like summer courses, especially if you sit at later hours. Then again, your 11 so idk if how late you can sit, that's your buisness, not mine, so nvm. If you live close to the store, offer to run errands for your neighbors, pick up milk at the store for them and they pay you whatever it costs plus a couple dollars. Do household chores such as:
Wash and put away dishes
Do a load of laundry/put away
Vacuum
Dust
Clean the windows
Clean up after your pets
Clean your bathroom
Clean your room
Clean the garage
Weed the garden
Clean up yards/leaves
Clean your home
Make dinner
Set the table
Clean the kitchen
Clean windows
Sweep sidewalks
Clean out the fridge/clean it
Organize cupboards
Clean the mirrors
Organize junk drawer
Make a veggie tray
Make sandwiches
Make snacks
Organize the magazines
Make the beds
Dust stairs
Mop kitchen floor
Clean dryer sheet
Gather dirty towels/clothes
Dust bedrooms
Wipe off the kitchen appliances
Lint brush furniture in the family room
Wipe doorknobs and light switches
Water plants
Take the trash out to the street for pick up
Empty the trash from various rooms
Clean TV screens
Shake out door mats and blankets
Feed the pet
Organize pantry
Clean the toaster, unplug and dump the crumbs
Change sheets and put dirty sheets in laundry room
Cut flowers and make a centerpiece
Help wash the car
Paint Mom's nails
Give Dad a massage with warm lotion
Make tea, coffee, and instant drinks
Polish silverware, copper, or brass items.
Clean patio furniture.
Clean car mirrors
Pick fruit off trees.
Wash animals
Hope this helps! :) I find all this very helpful myself since I am going out of my country when school gets out with my school, I must raise $4000
According to CPS (child protective services), the legal "latchkey" age for children to be home alone during daylight/business hours is as young as 8 years old. The legal age for a child to babysit his/her own siblings during any time, but not overnight, is 11 years old. The legal age for a child to babysit children who are not siblings is 12 years old.
I'm kinda in the same situation as you right now. OK I'm 13 too and at this age it's awesome because you get to go hang with friends or the mall or theatre without an adult, but at this age we have to take on the responsibility to and show others that you are responsible and by that you can:
~babysit (8$ an hour)
~sell things you have that you don't use at a garage sale (clothes, toys, teddy's, Cd's, jewellery, etc)
~odd jobs around the neighbourhood
~go to an old age home and clean up or keep them busy etc.
~babysit your neibours kids or pets
~wash cars
~bring bottles to the bottle depot (you can get paid like 10$ for a lot of cans)
~pick up around the house (without being asked)
~lemonade or bake sale
~volunteer
~do a street performance (dance or play an instrument)
ask if you can just get paid from your parents cuz your such an awesome lid! (lol it acutely works :)
~lawn people's lawns or prepare a garden or water flowers )
~if your an artist have an art sale or make b-day cards or get well soon ones.
~wash windows
~i hope i helped :)
go to kids.gov it offers career information for younger kids. Choose your child's grade then click on careers to see a list of possiblities.
No, there are no laws for babysitting in Texas. There are probably laws regarding child care facilities.
To be a successful call center agent You must have the following skills:
cut the neighbors grass, sell old stuff that you dont use any more. and hustle people
You can maybe help people with cleaning or do newspaper deliveries or maybe even babysit if your responsible

How can a 12 year-old make money
hi
This is a little tricky question. Since your basci personal information is already in the resume you should describe you not in a resume fashion but rather in a more personal way like how are you with others, how do you think others perceive you, how are you at work. Things like that.
hi my names portia and im 12 i do papers i get £24 every 2 weeks i also babysit and charge £6.00 a hour i get a alowens by folding and puting away colthes and clening for £20 a week so there is some i do you can try it out ?
It is up to your parents, some 10 year old kids keep $50 cash on them, just in case. This may have been obtained from earning money for doing household chores for your parents. At the age of 10, it is a good idea to start saving up for a car or something.
Here are some places a 14-year-old could work
- At grocery stores as a bag person
- As a babysitter
- At restaurants
- At camp places
- Sometimes at amusement parks
there's no chores that only 12 year old do talk to your mom or dad or both and decide what jobs they need help with
here's some ideas
.clean the living room or family room once each week
dust
polish
vacuum or sweep (which should be done more the once a week)
.empty and load dish washer or wash by hand
.fold laundry
. do laundry (at less yours)
. clean bath rooms believe me not fun at less till you get payed
. clean cat litter or dog droppings
.if you have a pool do the chemicals test at the beginning or each day
.rack the leaves
hope this helps and gets you some money
i do 4 of this and get 10 dollars a week
and am not 11 am 12 but i just turned 12 so i think i can still answers the question my chores didn't change when i turned 12
Wash Windows, mow yards, rake leaves, walk dogs, baby sit, wash and/or wax cars, shine peoples shoes, this one I made alot of money at. You go to Target, WalMart or K-Mart and buy a shoe shine kit. Go door to door in your neighborhood and charge $3 per pair, you take the shoes home with you, shine them and bring them back in a day or two. You can house clean, vacuum a entire house for say $10 for a elderly person. Sell home made cookies and lemonade on a busy corner. Early to bed, early to rise makes a person healthy wealthy and wise.
There are a couple of jobs for 9 year olds like:
Walking the dog
Watering plants neighbors when out on vacation
Pet sitter
(Fall) Rake leaves
Mow the lawn
Washing the windows for neighbors
Vacuuming neighbors houses
Washing cars
