Yes it does need to be refrigerated. Without refrigeration, the specimen can last about 24 hours. If refrigerated, it can last from 5 days to 2 weeks (according to who you ask), and apparently, freezing can let the specimen last up to a year. Otherwise, bacterial growth can taint the specimen.

I have answered questions like this before and you will no doubt not like my answer. I am not sure how far back an oral drug test will reach for pot so I would strongly suggest that you stop now. Today would be the earliest that you could quit. If this is in regards to your employment or future employment, then your employer is implying that they do not want to employ someone that uses illegal drugs. If you stop usage only to pass a test now, you will most probably start up again after the test and will get caught during a random testing later on. It is illegal and you need to stop.

ETG tests are so sensitive that mouthwash can set them off. It would be surprising if any of the so-called flushes worked, considering that they work poorly or not at all for testing in general. They're scams. The best way to pass a test is not to drink.

You can use a clean friend's urine, or some companies sell synthetic urine designed for tricking drug tests.

So, on a lab report, a range of 4.5-11.0 is the normal range using these units of measure.

If your report is using the standard units of measure, then a WBC of 314 is considered a "panic value". Extremely high. This could be due to several different processes, such as leukemias, severe infections (though this is still high even for a severe infection), and a handful of other conditions. Only your physician, taking all results and factors into consideration, can tell you where the problem lies.

Out of pocket (OOP) is the amount your insurance requires you to meet with your copay percentage. With most insurances you have a deductible, say $500.
