Drag the CD icon to the trash, this will eject the CD, On a non-Apple Keyboard, you can hold down the F12 key (if i remember correctly) or you can simply drag the disk from your desktop to the trash can. You could also use the Disk Utility (Applications\Utilities\). Simply select the disk from the side bar and click on eject at the top.

It depends on when it was made and if it's been upgraded. If it was brand new in 2012 then it could of came with 10.7.x or 10.8.x.

The general advantage that can be agreed upon is that Mac's have little problem with malware (adware, spyware, viruses, etc) compared to PC's. Mac also is considered a lot faster than PC. But if you're looking for a gaming computer then there are better PC for that. Also PC are better for modifying, and personalizing.
