There are many different "tribes" of indigenous people, each with their own practices.

In general, there are many different meditation techniques, but all of them have one thing in common: they all cause you to become more self-aware, more watchful of your thoughts, feelings and physical sensations.

New born infants are the only humans who could in reality be in any danger from large Birds of Prey as new borns weigh but a few ounces.
