Why does fibrinogen increase in menstruation?
During pregnancy, levels of several essential coagulation factors increase. There are marked increases in fibrinogen and factor8. Factors VII, IX, X, and XII also increased but to a lesser extend.
Fibrinolytic activity is depressed during pregnancy and labor, although the precise mechanism is unkown. The placenta may be partially responsible for this alteration in fibrinolytic status. Plasminogen levels increase concomitantly with fibrinogens levels, causing an equilibration of clotting and lysing activity.
Do you count implantation bkeeding as your menstraul cycle?
Well, I'm not sure I have an answer either but...I have had brown spotting before my period for a while now...and a day and a half of heavy bleed. I've been trying to conceive for about a year with one misscarriage about a year ago. Now, since then I've tried tracking my cycle by knowing when I ovulate....and I've noticed that if I count from my heavy bleed, I start to get the fertile mucus about 14-16 days after that...not if I count from my spotting..so, it seems to me you wouldn't count the brownish spotting as your actual period. This is my own experience, but with everything I've studied over the last year, about ovulation and when you have fertile mucus...this would be my answer.
Thanks
AnswerThat was my experience as well AnswerAgreed, you shouldn't count it. Can uterine fibroids be prevented?
According to any insurance company the answer is "YES", and they will that to their advantage to deny coverage. Regardless, if there is an existing problem or condition that warrants treatment or if whether you've gone your whole life with them without any medical implication. If they were discovered under routine exam and noted in your medical history, even though never treated, you can be guaranteed a black check by your name and instant denial to insurance coverage.
What is deeply disturbing is that doctors have incentive from insurance companies to perform fibroid surgeries, so treatment/surgery is encouraged, even if not necessary. And, simply due to the resulting high volumes of fibroid treatment/surgeries that places them in the high risk category. So, thank you Ob-gyn next time through for contributing to blocking your access to health insurance. But you may want to wait until you're off the exam table!
Is it normal to get dizzy during postpartum?
Yes because your hormones are trying to balance to a level. Being pregnant really changes your hormones as I am sure you know and giving birth a shock to a woman's body even though it's a nature process. It takes time for the hormones to go back to a decent level. You may feel lethargic, dizzy, over-tired because you are adjusting to having a new baby in the house and not getting much sleep. If you can try asking your mother for some help and if she can't help or you live far apart then ask a good friend and by all means you husband or boyfriend should be giving you a hand so you can get some rest. See your doctor when you have these dizzy feelings and let him make the diagnosis. Perhaps you are deficient in a vitamin.
Do you get pleasure when inserting a tampon?
Yes you can have sexual buttass monkeys within that time you travel through time it will suck in all of the matter inside the universe, and if you reach the end, the ending may cut a rip between the side and hurt you. What im trying to say is that its different for people, some people enjoy it, some don't, but if you use it to masturbate then be careful cuz it will dry you up crazy inside and the edges might cut you.

You need to consult an OBGYN, you are MOST likely not pregnant. These are the possibilities of what could be wrong: GnRH pulsatile release LH and FSH release Ovaries not working Uterus not working Uterus not present Vagina won’t let the blood out Obviously there are many causes, but you need to talk to an OBGYN IMMEDIATELY. Can a woman 72 still be going through menopause?
It's unusual but not unheard of to be going through peri-menopause at that age. Peri-menopause is a lessening of the number of periods you get until you finally cease menstruating altogether, known as menopause. Go to your doctor, who can order a blood test to measure your hormones and see where you are, and also rule out any other treatable issues you may be experiencing that cause the symptoms you're wondering about.
i had my period 1 and half days and no more blood but tubes are tied could i be pregnant
Yes, tampons commonly leak.
Tampons can only hold so much flow and once they are full they will leak, this is why you use appropriate absorbency and change often to try to prevent leaking. On heavy days most people who use tampons will also use pads or period underwear as back-up to deal with tampons leaking.
If concerned about leaking you may want to consider menstrual cups which are internal like tampons but hold more and have light suction do don't leak like tampons.

How many days that the girl is fertile after their menstruation?
A woman is only fertile for around 30% of her menstrual cycle at most - there is only a phase of around 10 days when a woman can get pregnant, it is biologically impossible to conceive as a result of sex any other time.
During an average 28 day menstrual cycle a woman would be fertile from days 7-16 - this includes ovulation on day 14, there may be a viable egg for up to 48 hours, and a week beforehand when fertile quality cervical mucus is present. When a woman is fertile or not depends on her cycle, the only way she would know when she is fertile would be if she was using fertility awareness method.

What does it mean when your spotting but no period and little cramps?
The bleeding could be 2 things: 1. Simple pre-period spotting or 2. Implantation bleeding After your uterus releases the egg and it is fertilized by the sperm, the fertilized egg will implant itself into the uterine wall. Some women feel light cramps, have light 'spotting' and some have no symptoms at all. Good luck to you! :o)

What band of tampon should a 11 year old use for the first time?
It's always best to use organic cotton tampons over rayon tampons, also always use lowest absorbency: if the tampon leaks within 1-2 hours it's safe to use the next absorbency up, but if it isn't saturated with blood after 4-6 hours use a lower absorbency or switch to pads.
Tampons aren't recommended for 11 year olds, even if responsible enough to follow precautions to reduce risks of vaginal infections and Toxic Shock Syndrome, the risks are higher as they're less likely to have TSST-1 antibodies and vaginal tissues are more delicate so more prone to damage. At very least a person should wait a few months after menarche before using tampons until they know their menstrual flow well enough to know what absorbency to use at what point in their period.
Ideally a young person should start off by using pads, and if they want to use internal options they should consider safe options like menstrual cups or softcups instead of tampons.
Have you recently started a new form of birth control or been pregnant? I wouldn't worry until the whole month has passed without a cycle. If you are losing sleep over it, I would call the gyno.
