I had the same problem and I tried a couple of techniques this one worked. It is quite easy actually just right click the contact whose nickname you want to get rid off and clear the box. Then press enter. It is that easy. Hope this helps

These are probably hidden or system files. This is perfectly normal, and no action should be needed.

However, if you want to change this, Right-click on the folders (you may be able to do this one at a time) and select Properties. Then find checkboxes for Make Hidden, or System.
