Both are binary files but the differences between those are:-

1) we can execute an executable file while we cannot execute an object file.

2) An object file is a file where compiler has not yet linked to the libraries, so you get an object file just before linking to the libraries, so still some of the symbols or function definitions are not yet resolved which are actually present in the libraries, and that's why we cannot execute it.

Once an object file is linked with the library by the compiler, then all the symbols are resolved and we get an executable file which can be executed on the appropriate platform.

So basically the difference is that we get an object file when we don't link with library while executable file is with the linking phase.

In gcc we can direct compiler not to link with library and so it will prepare the object file :-

gcc -c test.c

It will automatically create test.o object file

when you try to execute it like:-

./test.o

cannot execute binary file

Neither is very good. HP offers a better Operating System (in my opinion), and Apple offers better hardware. It depends on what you want more. I would try Sony, Samsung, Dell, or Toshiba.

As someone who owned 2 HP computers with Windows XP & Vista installed and who has now owned an Apple iMac for the past 4 1/2 years I can honestly say without hesitation that I will never ever own anything but an Apple computer. 4 1/2 years of trouble free computing all the while not running one piece of security software. I have not had one glitch on my iMac. It just works day in and day out. Apple is by far the better built computer and I like all the software and the Operating System much better than anything Windows has ever produced. Easy to use and easy to learn.

Those are divided into serif and sans serif fonts and then various styles can be applied, such as bold, italic, underline, etc.

out of experience, my acer laptop shut down all the time and i had no idea.

i got it repaired, and the damage was the CPU overheating and shutting down because of the heat getting to much for the computer.

What you're describing is a Menu.

The best trick I know is to open up Task Manager,

open processes, tell it to end the process of explorer.exe (this will close the desktop, taskbar and any file explorer that you have open)

then click on applications and click on new task

then enter explorer.exe (this will reopen the desktop and the taskbar)

if the taskbar is still frozen, then I don't know what to tell you (give the taskbar a few second the open after reopening it)
