yes you can get caught and fined. it is just like limewire. P2p it self is illegal. there is not a big chance getting caught but as i said its illegal.
Edition by Canada_Master:
No its not, p2p as in peer to peer file sharing it self it NOT illegal, the TECHNOLOGY it self that permits you to share your OWN material that you made your self, or materials that other made them selves with permission to re-share freely with other people, such as GNU, etc its NOT illegal. Whats IS illegal is the sharing of COMMERCIAL COPYRIGHTED CONTENT where owners tries to sale such content and the user uses the perfectly legal P2P TECHNOLOGY to share these copyrighted materials.
I heavily rely on P2P to share my independently created contents such as video, audio and PDF eBooks that I have written my self with others free of charge, now THAT you can do.

I didn't know phones use mini SD cards? I think you mean micro. And there is probably some damage to either the card, the whole phone or the bit that reads the card. Try another card in the same phone, try the same card in another phone. That way you'll know which has the problem...

How do you fix your HP laptop monitor that flickers?
I have the HP G71-340US Notebook (17" screen). Once dissassembled the screen has a rail assembly on both the right and left side that it mounts to. There are 4 screw holes on each rail but the computer only comes with 2 screws on each rail mounting to the screen. My mistake was that I installed the top 2 screws in the top holes and the bottom 2 screws in the holes DIRECTLY ABOVE the bottom holes. There is a wiring strip that runs along the bottom of the screen and if it touches the housing it will cause interference/flicker. All I did was remove the two bottom screws and install them in the very BOTTOM holes to lift the screen off of the screen housing. No more flicker! Makes me wonder if maybe some of the laptops off of the shelves might need to be checked. A lot of issues about HP and flickering screens on google. Hope this helps.
