If you are trying to reset windows 7 password which is not associated with the administrator account you can in fact reset that password as long as you have your administrator password.

1. Create a Media Message (MMS) on your mobile. It doesn't really matter about the content, keep it basic, like 'Test message'.
2. Send it from your phone to your email address.
3. When you receive the email, it will say the address it came from. For me it says my phone number @o2.co.UK (My network is O2).
4. Create and send the email to the address the MMS was sent from.
This should work for pretty much any phone, although the phone network might not allow you to receive the email, and you'll need to make sure your phone is properly set up with all the right settings to send MMS and access WAP/GPRS/I-mode/the internet/whatever
