There are no place you don't get tattoo. You get the tattoo where you can take the pain like the bicept is a less painful place to get a tattoo because of the amount of mussel there compaired to getting a tattoo on your foot where the is not much mussel or fat to help it is right on the bone. Anywhere that it is on the bone will hurt way more then any mussel or fat area. Other places that you don't want to get them if you can't take pain is like under the arm, hand, ribs, feet, low back, neck and your head are the places that hurt more. If this is pain during the pregnancy and happen a lot then taking her to her DR is the number one thing to do. I can make suggestions, some annoy a person who is pregnant, other find it helps a a lot. Strong smells can be very powerful , so any revolting ones remove. Try and replace with light ones, calming ones. Nothing super scented. It is best for her to choose from a selection.
Keep her calm, if you are in a high risk pregnancy then do what the doctor orders first and firmly. If she likes massage feet and the lower back and shoulders help. You will feel the muscles that are straining, compress them with warm and cool, rub if she will let you.
If she is in labor, and its the long wait till you go, keep with her if you can maintain calm and distract her. Some woman plow through the nursery , stopping with contractions. Others rock and breath, I did this a read some novel I do not remember.
