You have to obtain 1 Ceanataur Pincer. You can obtain it by breaking both of the Shogun or Daimyo Ceanataur's pincers in battle or by capturing it.

They are all ONE THING. Ooccoo and her son are the same throughout the dungeons. I have only found them thrice, but that is because I have only reached Dungeon III. They are always in a pot that wobbles and shakes. When you are not very close to them, Ooccoo will poke her head out the top and have a look around.
