I have been having this problem with my 04 Quest. Took it to Advance Auto they did a battery test and turns out something is draining my battery when it is turned off... when you turn your car off you should only loose about .01-.05 amps per minute. My car was draining at 3.77 amps per minute... was advised it was electrical, met someone at my local convenience store described my problem, he told me to use my keyless entry remote and lock and unlock it 4 times before finally locking it... and i have only had this problem 1 time in 3 weeks and it was everyday. make note on the day i did have this problem again, i did not lock and unlock it as instructed. problem solved...

you need to look for wear marks in distrubuter and find out where the shavings come from do not keep driving till it is fixed shavings can fall down the guts of distributer and do more damage

It is location on the passager side under the glove compartment. You can get to it bu removing the blower cover locating directly under the glove compartment. After removing the cover, you will find couple of screws securing it to the blowing housing. Good luck. It should take 10-15 min to do this.

you need to change the bottle. sensor build in,that happen to my car, but it happen was under warranty.therefore dealer chang the whole bottle. i would never buy Nissan quest again. go to search engine, type Nissan parts. parts cheaper online

A really cheap fix: unplug the sensor or snip the wires. This is not exactly critical info and you don't need the light to tell you the fluid is low.

I just repaired the same problem on my wife's 1994 Quest. there are several small maybe 3-4 inch hoses right under the intake air plenum that crack/rot over time, 2 of them were leaking on her van so I replaced them all. It is a relatively easy job, but often overlooked because of their location

check your o2 sensor...maybe bad and is requiring the engine to give more fuel as the car needs more fuel if its getting less air......

It is a 15amp fuse located in the fuse box below the steering wheel to the left.

It will be the third fuse up from the bottom on the left side, the color blue 15amp.

Just did this to our 2005 Sentra. You have to remove the entire center console:

2 screws up front (one on driver's side and one on pass side),

1 top middle (under small cover just in front of brake handle),

and 2 in the rear (you have to remove the drink holder "cover" to get at them).

Disconnect the 2 electrical connections for the cigarette lighters and remove the console.

Now, the gear shift indicator "box" can be snapped off its locator posts, and underneath you will find the bulb holder.

The shift indicator "box" can be lifted just enough to be able to twist and remove the bulb holder.

The lamp can then be pulled straight out of the bulb holder.

Repeat the process in reverse order to put it back together.

The 2006 Nissan Quest has the most common hook-end wiper arm attachments. See videos in related links below. Lift arm away from the glass. Look for a button or tab where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook. Press and pull wiper blade out of hook. Sometimes you need to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through. Quest wipers can be hard to find, so try to change the wipers in a preventative manner rather than an emergency. Shop early.

First remove both tabs on either side of the high mount brake light. Remove the screws under the tabs. Then remove the whole light fixture and twist the bulb part out. Replace the faulty bulb and reverse process to install again.

Gently remove the side cover tab(s) by sticking a screwdriver in the slot and prying it. NOTE: the tab is notorious for breaking during this operation and it costs $6 to replace (you have to buy it from a dealer). If it sticks at all, put some WD40 on it and push it back in. Work it back and forth to get the WD40 on the area that is sticking. If you are still having trouble, use something like a dental pick (rigid, very small diameter, with a bend in it) by sticking it into the crack where you can and using it to pull on the tab piece.

Once you have the tab off, remove the screw(s). The light lens assembly can now be pulled out (but it will be held to the van by the wires. The bulb mount twist locks into the back of that assembly.

The bulb simply pulls straight out of the mount. Once you replace it, just reverse the process.
