Is spaghetti sauce bad for a puppy?
Dogs' livers are not very good at processing some foods that don't bother humans. Onions and garlic are on this list, so if the spaghetti sauce contains either of those (or any of several other ingredients) it could be bad.
You might look at the list and say "okay, onions and garlic, I kind of get that," but the list of Foods Dogs Shouldn't Have can contain some truly unexpected things (grapes, for example), so you can't really go by "common sense" on what foods are okay. It's best to feed a puppy puppy food rather than any kind of "people food".

What is the difference between marinara sauce and spaghetti sauce?
"Spaghetti" actually refers to the shape of the pasta, and in the US "marinara" refers to the sauce. You can use whatever sauce you want on spaghetti, but it's best suited to lighter sauces with not a lot of big chunks, like a simple drizzle of olive oil and crushed garlic, or a carbonara. "Spaghetti" is actually plural for "spaghetto" which translates to "twine" in Italian. In Italy you would say the type of pasta and then mention the sauce too. So the classic spaghetti dish we know in the US would be called "Spaghetti alla marinara".
Is 16 oz pasta equal to one pound of pasta?

Why do you feel dizzy and weak after eating whole wheat pasta?
It is possible that you have a wheat sensitivity. For years I had everything from general weakness to dizzyness and the doctors assumed it could be stress related - creating anxiety like symptoms because nothing would ever show up in hematology, ekg, or otherwise. I accepted this possibility for a while but I started to notice the symptoms were at their worst within a couple of hours after eating - and then I narrowed it down to wheat. I am not celiac, at least I caught it in time before that issue ever developed. I went on and off wheat several times over the years and have noticed something you might take note of - it takes a hell of a longtime for your body to get back to normal - up to 6 months to 1 year. So if you don't feel better after being off wheat for a couple of weeks - it could still be an issue. You have to eliminate it for a much longer period to rule it out. Wheat withdrawal presents similar effects in the body as opiate withdrawal - headaches and a general feeling of being unwell. Try it for the long term and see how you feel (it is tough!!). Wheat is in everything. If you eat a lot of processed / fast foods then you could be in for a rude awakening.
One last note - after being off wheat for 8 months and finally feeling back to normal, stupidly I ate 2 pieces of pizza one night (I was out of town and starving for a snack) Commercial pizza uses high gluten flour (the specific protein I am sensitive to in wheat) and after that night I had severe dizzy spells for 3 weeks! It started within 2 hours of eating the pizza. Well I learned my lesson.
Of course, this may not be your issue at all but it is becoming increasingly more common in people! Other issues include hyperglycemia / hypoglycemia, and insulin resistance. Check your blood sugar regularly before and after eating to rule other issues out.
Best of luck
Its because when you eat some much all of your energy is focused on your stomach which then makes you weak and a little dizzy and I'm sure after 10 minutes or so it passes which is what happens to me when I eat to much.

incorrect. You are an idiot and you can't spell. It has absolutely nothing to do with how much is consumed. The dizziness lasts for HOURS after a have a small portion of pasta. It is somehow related to blood sugar.
