Why is A 440 used to tune an orchestra?
A440, also known as the A above "middle C", and further known as the note most commonly associated with 440 hertz was made the international standard for pitch decided upon in 1955 (ISO 16), and was reaffirmed by the same organization in 1975.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pitch_(music)
I can't find any reasoning as to why A has always traditionally been used for the pitch standard. Even when the tuning fork was originally invented, an A was chosen as the best tuning note. My best guess is that it is due to the note's alphabetic significance.
It should also be noted that although some orchestras tune to an electronic tone that is calibrated to 440 hertz, many do not. Many orchestras are primarily concerned with whether or not they're in tune with each other, and as such, the entire orchestra (or band) often tune to an oboe. The oboe cannot change its tuning, so oftentimes the other members of the band tune to it.
One of the primary reasons for an orchestra, or any group for that matter, to tune to A440 is when there is an instrument whose tuning cannot easily be changed, such as a piano, or organ with a fixed tuning to A440.

What are the examples of aerobic dances?
Aerobic as applied to metabolism-6in cells of the body, or in microorganisms, means oxygen-utilizing. Aerobic metabolism occurs in most animal cells, and depends upon the presence of mitochondria, in which the key chemical processes take place. Aerobic bacteria inhabit the body surface and orifices - they do not have mitochondria. Aerobic exercise is that which is sustainable in balance with oxygen intake - for example, a 10 km race, or any milder rhythmic exercise.
How did bob fosse alter the video recording of dance?
This is a great question. I did my thesis undergrad on Bob Fosse and am a professional musical theatre choreographer myself and I am an afficionado of all of Fosse's work. The first thing I'd like to add is that Fosse was crazy about filters when filming. He loved using different color/hued filters when filming a scene...he used them like crazy in SWEET CHARITY (his first film as director) and CABARET. Secondly, in terms of the actual filming of scenes, I believe he was one of the first to not just film with a static "in one place" camera pov, but he actually started filming just body parts and using rapid cutting to achieve the approximation of the kinetic effect of live dance. (ie: the shot of just the 3 hands of Shirley Maclaine, Chita Rivera and Paula Kelly snapping in the rooftop "There's Gotta Be Something Better Than This" number in the film SWEET CHARITY). This style was heavily borrowed by MTV in the early 80s and influenced a whole generation of music video makers who created works for Paula Abdul, Michael Jackson and etc..etc...

Why doesnt lambda theta phi step dance?
Stepping is a African-American fraternity/sorority tradition. Lambda Theta Phi does not step because they are not traditionally an African-American fraternity and do not imitate the practice like other latino greek lettered organizations (Example; LSU, LUL, SLB, etc). Lambda Theta Phi does instead "Salute". The "salute" consists of greeting the brothers of Lambda Theta Phi first and others after the brothers are saluted. There is a National Salute and every chapter has a unique salute to honor their respective chapter. There are also unique Pledge Master or "PM" salutes for every "line" or "pledge class". Lambda Theta Phi is often imitated but never duplicated. En La Union Esta La Fuerza.
