Yes, it will! It won't just slide right in though. They used to make kits, although I'm not sure they are still available. There was also a company that you could take it to when they were brand new and they would install an LS1 in there for you while maintaining the factory warranty, for and extra cost of course.

Look on top of the engine right by the firewall. If you stand on the left side and

touch the oil filler cap, the filter is to the right and down. Use a flashlight to see the cap on top of the filter.

The theft deterrent system is built into the Body Control Module. There are sensors and switches that affect the BCM throughout your car so you need to be more specific as to what you're looking for.

There is none ,stock from factory the Solstice comes with a tire inflation package which consists of a can of sealant and a small air compressor air compressor will actually incorporate the sealant in the tire as it fills it, it also works without the sealant.
