To get results from a CA-125 blood test, it may take several weeks. This depends on the doctor, what lab they use and what the results are or what the symptoms are and the urgency.

Hi there. No nothing is wrong sweetheart. The pregnancy tests were faint then clear because depending on when you urinated, the HCG would of be much less than when you got a dark positive. So dont worry. This is perfectly normal. Congratulations on your pregnancy. :O)

It's supposed to have to veins. 2 Veins and 1 Artery in the umbilical cord. Think AVA.

my advice would be to wait roughly 3 weeks after you have had unprotected sex to try a home pregnancy test. if it is positive you have your answer. if the test reads negative dont worry about it wait another week and take another

Do you mean if you hold the stick upside down? Put it this way. If the pregnancy test was positive, it didn't get that way from holding it upside down. If it was negative, however, it could be that way if you held it wrong and the test area didn't get properly wet with urine. Try again in that case (with a new test.)

It is depending on the pregnancy test. Each test will list the time needed. Mostly around 2 weeks.

You should make an appointment with your doctor. You could be getting a false negitive on your test. That is not horribly uncommon. In fact, I have read in several places that after so many weeks the levels of the hormone that the strip tests use fall and will not be dected. Even if you are not pregnant lack of menstration for that long needs to be dicussed with a medical professional reguardless the cause.

Sounds to me like you are just having a period and are not pregnant.

Herpes. Plain and simple. Especially since you're getting outbreaks when you're sick, which is a very common symptom. Keep in mind I'm not a doctor, but I'll be honest with you, at least. Have you checked your own sores against pictures of sores on the Internet? If it's red and raised, and has little white pustules on it, and takes about a week to ten days to go away, you know what you've got, the STD tests be damned.

Unless you've gone to a doctor while having an outbreak and the doctor has taken a sample from the sore, of course, in which case it could be another problem. But the fact of the matter is, a run-of-the-mill STD test often won't pick up herpes unless you're in the middle of an outbreak. Also, I don't have a source for this off of the top of my head, but it is my understanding that simplex 1, which is often a milder experience of genital herpes, can be very difficult to detect.

Talk to your partner - this is really important. If you have herpes, you're still contagious even if you're not breaking out in sores. And just as important, next time you get sick and get a sore, see a doctor or a community health center and get a diagnosis. Acyclovir is one antiviral option to help with your outbreaks and even if you don't have health insurance, a single treatment only costs about ten dollars, which is well worth it.

Was this your first shot? People react differently to the shot. I didn't bleed at all while I was on it and my co worker was on it and bled everyday for 3 months. By the time she got her next shot her body was used to it.

I hate to scare you, but that is a possibility. Bleeding during pregnancy is common, however, large amounts are usually a sign of some sort of complication. While I am not a doctor, I have had 2 miscarriages, both occurring before week 12. Depending on how far along you are, a doctor may be able to confirm a presence or lack of a heartbeat via ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound.

It could be implantation bleeding which is a normal pregnancy symptom. Not all women get this. I didn't get my positive Cearblue test until I was 8 days late. Some womens HCG levels just take longer to double and triple which is normal. My advice would be to wait a few more days or you could make an appointment with your doctor and they can do a blood test which is more accurate and you can find out the same day. I had all negatives the whole week I was supposed to have my period. Then bam day 8 came and still no period, then I got my positive. My daughter is 3 months old now! Good luck!

I had the same thing happen. I then asked around on a fertility awareness forum and was told that Equate can also pick up on LH. It made since. I had just ovulated very late and wasn't sure if I was pregnant or if indeed it was ovulation.

I took every pregnancy test known to mankind to see if they would turn positive as well. They did not. Only Equate. It gave me a really dark positive mixed with super light ones. the only negative test was the one I tested with water to be sure I wasn't going insane.

Equates are not accurate. I researched on the internet more to find out people have been complaining about this brand as far back as 2002. Its 2009.

If you are pregnant, you will get a positive on equate AND other tests, to include a blood test (which is considered positive around with a beta# 25 or higher with most doctors but not all)..
