I have just been diagnosed with this condition. The dermatologist told me that it would probably not spread to my face. Well, it did. I'm pretty fair skinned and don't go out into the sun so that's most likely the reason.

I just recently finished applying hydrocortisone as directed by a doctor to my daughters full body. Well Friday i just noticed when i was changing her diaper she has what appears to look like a sun burn on the back of her legs. I have no idea what it is. its hot and dry feeling alittle bumpy too. anyone know what this could be? i took a pic on my cell phone to show her baby doctor if it heals alittle over nite, im not too sure how good it looks but im going to post it....

it may be eczema,it depends if its dry and it may crack slightly. you might want to try Betnovate ( a vasoline type based lotion)

It would be a "butterfly rash" which could be a sign of lupus. Unless you have pre existing conditions, it's unlikely that it is lupus. It could also be Fifth Disease, which is much more common in children than adults. A fever and rash on the cheeks are followed by flu-like symptoms.

Group B Strep will probably not cause any problem for the mother or the partner, many, many people carry it, are unaware and never have a problem. So, as soon as labour start or your waters break, go directly to the hospital and you will be put on antibiotics. The antibiotics will pass into the baby and help protect it. use the cream every morning and night for 7 days in a row and leave a blob on it but don't rub it in hard, let is disolve into the skin, don't overdo the blob. it should go withing 7 days, but don't put Andy soap on it and if its not gone coontact ur gp :) it worked for me on spots and red skin on my neck doing that
