If you are talking about a SALIING vessel that is powered by the wind, it is impossible to say. The winds are variable, not predictable.

If you are taking the Trade Wind route it's pretty safe and it could take as little as 2 months.

With good wind and fair weather the whole way I'd say about two weeks.

The ferry runs every day from May to October at least once an hour and often more frequently such as during rush periods. The ferry is paid for by the residents and is not open to the public. Residents who wish to invite guests, workers, etc. must pay $5 for each guest or by a book of tickets in advance.

it depends, you can get the HSS which is about 99 minutes or summat close to that or a slower boat which is like 3 + 1/2 hrs. Belfast to Liverpool is 8 or 9 hrs.

Well, I'm from Scotland but i have family in Norway. When i fly, it takes one hour, maybe an hour and a half, depending on the plane and the wind.

But if you're flying from the south of England, it might take about two hours.

The answer would depend on a lot of things; Your boat, your sails, the weather.... 6-8 hours would be doable with a fast boat and an experienced crew. A dinghy with 60 feet of sail could take awhile while a fast boat with extremely favorable winds could do it in as little as 3 hours and possibly less! If you're planning the trip in a dinghy, I'd recommend a few days worth of food and water. People actually row kayaks and other small craft quite often. Winter is the best time. That area has a tendency to eat small boats in the summer and fall.

At 30 mph, it would take 10 days 20 hours and 36 minutes. At 40 mph, it would take 8 days 3 hours and 18 minutes. Basically, the faster you sail, the less time your trip will take.
